      I purchased a new RV in May from triple H Rv. The end of June the ** stopped working and I immediately notified the dealership. It took them two weeks to send someone to find the problem. Even through the parts are warrantied and on hand they have failed to install the parts. I am a disabled American Veteran living in a RV with no ac and the dealership has an obligation to fix but has given me nothing but excuses as to why they cant.

      I bought a camper from triple h tv in 2021 its a ************************. I had a window break in ******* of this year we called them to get it replaced . we took it to them in February, we waited and waited they never called us so we called them, they said the window they received was bent, well supposedly ordered another one. This is the end of June and we have not heard anything from them Im so aggravated. This much time and still nothing as of now. Im having to make payments on this. Also right after we bought it the radio quit; took it for them to fix and well it still didnt work and hasnt since then. Im just done with all the trouble.

      Purchased a camper through triple H rvs and upon getting the unit home same day of pickup. Had a multitude of problems with the camper that they will not address. I have contacted everyone in the chain of command at the store with no solution. No returned phone calls and nothing but lies after lie and dishonesty.

      WE HAVE GIVE THE CUSTOMER A PHONE # OF REPAIR GUY IN ** CLOSE TO THEM THE REPAIR GUY SAY CUSTOMER WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE!

      ALSO WE HAVE A LATCH ORDERD FOR REFRIG HAS NOT COME IN YET BUT WE ARE ON TOP OF PROBLEM ....

      When I looked online, they had 2 units w/same model listed with exact same pictures but they were **** different cost. I spoke with sales, ******************************* as to why & it was told that one unit had a king ******* I told him I wanted the double queen and I verified it had a residential fridge which I was assured was the case. I purchased 3/20/23. Upon delivery I walked thru 4/14 & immediately noticed the unit had an RV fridge and a king ******* I emailed ************ sending pictures of what I received vs what was listed that I signed my contract for. I ended up speaking with the *** ***** who was apologetic for the incorrect unit being sent and assured me they would make it right. I get sent to ******. I cut the bed platform down, add the master TV and new queen ******** at my expense. ****** tells me after weeks that he can't order the fridge because of being out of state but if I order it and get it installed, they will send me a check for all costs incurred. He sends me the model info 5/10/ & I purchase from ********** who delivers it on 5/16. ****** couldn't find a tech so I found and scheduled them to come out and install the correct fridge on 5/23. On 5/24, I sent all receipts to ****** requesting promised reimbursement. No response. Reach out again 5/25. No response. Reach out via email 5/25 to ***** and ****. No response. Text and call ****** again 5/26. He has ***** in AP call me to tell me she won't send my reimbursement check of over **** dollars until they get their original fridge back. I agree to ****************** and transport it to a warehouse an hour from my home in order for it to be at a loading dock for them to transport it back to their facility. This is on 6/7. Transporter requests ** info. No response for day. I reach out 6/20 to ****** who says he will handle. A week later nothing has changed. I am out over 2K because you delivered the wrong unit and you've done everything to avoid reimbursing.

      The original incorrect fridge was shipped 6/30. They received it per tracking (Southeastern Freight Lines 30503524-0) on 7/3/23. I still have not received reimbursement. I have reached out to ****** who says he will check on it but that does me no good.

      Date of transaction 5/27/2022 Purchased used 2021 Keystone Alpine camper $72K Camper was picked up and brought to ********* where it is to be permanently set up - once hooked up to electrical 2nd AC in camper began freezing up. Contacted a certified AC technician whom does service calls for a local RV dealer. Determined that there was no airflow for return which was a defect from factory. He was able to raise insulation for airflow which unit still froze up. Multiple calls have been made to Triple H RV with only one return call from ****** ******** manager) to ask for warranty paperwork work to be filled out for unit. Multiple messages have been left for owner ***** for over 3 weeks without contacting us back. Service records indicate the previous original owners of camper had issues with unit during the time if ownership of less than one year. Dealership did not disclose issues and did not correct issue prior to selling camper. We were denied warranty on unit due to freon being added to keep bedroom cool and unit being low. Technician has confirmed the unit has a leak and provided information to dealer on paperwork. The unit will have to be replaced in order to keep bedroom cool which will cost between $2000-$2500 which should be taken care of by dealer since issue was prior to purchase. Technician has stated dealer should cover & has never had an issue with no return calls or help from other camper dealers as we have from Triple H and owner.

      I trusted these liars. Brought a 2019 RV camper 28BBS paid 28k and it's a big piece of junk and they knew it. They lied on their inspection sheet that everything worked and checked out. The very next day less than 24hrs the refrigerator did not work had a leak. I had out dated propane tanks that were empty when they told me they were new. Heater does not work oven and stove problems the locks don't lock they knew this I told them they just gave me a master key still don't work. Lights switch don't work LED light don't work. Yet they lied said everything worked and was checked out. Less than 24hrs I discovered these problems I called them told them. They won't do nothing. I even took my RV back to them for repairs because I brought extended warranty. They won't let me talk to the owner. They are no good using and lying to customers selling junk and lying on there inspection sheets when they knew this camper was not ready for sell. They knew I was in a rush working out of town.

      Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2021/10/25) */ We fixed all Mr. ****** complaints he purchased a used unit at a discount price and wanted a new unit, anyway we honored our word and fixed his complaints, I will upload documents showing his sign-off sheet.
