      We have filed a formal complaint with the ** of Alabama and they chose to be wimps and stay out of it. We bought a home from Regional homes in ********** October of 2022 and it was the floor model. However in June of 2023 a new home that we never saw was delivered. Since day one we have dealt with leaks, that they bla e on us having to high of water pressure even after a CERTIFIED PLUMBER came and measured and installed a second gage which read 40 PSI. We now have mold in our master shower, no insulation around our dishwasher my ruining our cabinets and water stains bowing and ruining our floors because their worker did not rep.ace the hose to the washer flooding g then tire back of our house. We still have 4 months left on their one year joke of a warranty but we paid for a 7 year. *********************** refuses to answer our calls now with everything still going wrong because Hamilton homes are sheisters that sell c*** homes with inferior supplies.

      Hamilton Homes has always stood by our warranty and made all repairs that have been requested under the warranty guidelines. On several occasions we've notified the owner and showed them test results indicating the water pressure coming into the home to be well over a 100psi when the home is only designed to receive a *** of 80psi as stated in the homeowner's manual. Even though the issues with the water leaks was created by the homeowners Hamilton Homebuilders has made repairs in the past to the lines and damages the leaks created as a courtesy but the customer sill refused to correct the pressure coming in even though it was brought to their attention on multiple occasions. As stated in the response to the complaint filed with the AG's Office we stand ready, willing and able to make any repairs that are reported to us that would be covered under the warranty guidelines. Should the customer feel we have failed to perform our obligation to them under the warranty we invite them to file a claim with the Alabama ******************************* for them to schedule an inspection of the home to determine if there would be any items that are the responsibility of the manufacturer that hasn't been repaired.

      I purchased a brand new home from ****** homes of ****** in November 2023. Since then I've have so many problems. Hamilton home builders is the manufacturer. This was supposed to be a brand new home, however the floors are uneven and unlevel throughout the entire home. I have reached out to both parties multiple times. Also the electrical has been messed with multiple times since the home was delivered causing electrical fire in the laundry room. None of the trim stays in tact on the wall it get put down and snaps right off. The house is completely out of square. The fridge quite within a week of me being in the home. The plumbing has sometime wrong with it none of the bathrooms drain properly. Window seals hold water. ***** on doors are bent. There's hold under the flooring as well.. hole in the bath tub as I've reported and someone was supposed to come out in January and still have heard nothing I don't get a response from either place this home is unfit and unsafe. I don't even stay in it because it doesn't hold heat with the gaps in the doors. When they do have someone come out they shut cameras off and don't do the work. It's been poor communication and nothing getting resolved I want what I paid for and this home is not what I paid for on either end! The list goes on and on .

      ***** sent us a list of concerns last week and we have the work order scheduled to go out with a crew during the week of 4/8/2024. We also spoke with the retailer that sold the home again yesterday and they have an electrician lined up to go out and check the electrical.

      Not anone has come tatted me to inform me of either of these dates.  Nor has hamilton homes builders got back to me on the price of the reembursent of the flooring throughout the entire house including  what it would be at my cost plus labor. Not to mention the constant  fight I've had to deal with since Nov. To get anything done.   I still have jores that do not work correctly, electric, plumbing where the water doesn't drain. Floor of course and llaces where's it's been cut short . The door is issues on both door that do not seal properly.   All the trim and base boards snap off every since time just shotty work isn't holding up  from having to keep redoing it.  The toilet in the front bathroom still has glue like substance in it from the start and won't go away needs to be replaces.  The list goes on and on. 

       

      2qst mortgage  is also in contact they are my finance company and have been in contact with efforts that things have not been getting done .

      an electrician has been in contact however has not called back to set a date. 

      Utne list had been sent but it's the dance things that have not been fixed since November.   We have not came to an agreement  on flooring  compensation.  They only want to compensate 1250 and that will not cover labor and materials if 1800 square ft of flooring  because there flooring hasn't been fixed. And having the manufacturer  fix it at this point is not an option . They have sent people out to fix and when they do they just mess it up elsewhere,  or don't get the job done right so after multiple failed attempts to ensure things get done accurately  that they don't do it themselves  they just compensate me to have it done. And I can have multiple  bids done .

      I have been trying to contact them to let them know everything isn't fixed but I can not get a response. Nowbthat the electrician  came out. As usual when they mess with one thing it messes up another and now my doors won't lock they are electronic  and they were working fine until the electricians left

      They did however more things have came up like a leak in my roof and I've told them multiple times that things need to be replaces and the contractor they sent or has informed me he unsure they sent a replacement toilet or doors and that's what I been asking due from the start.  My roof can't wait to be fixed or needs to be done now.  It's causing damage. 

      As well they still have not came to an agreeable settlement due the floors.  They offered 1200 but they are not remembering that since they have failed to fix it right now than 3 times now.  My cost to fix it is more then what they would pay. They get things in bulk. Ib will have to pay for labor and materials  and they low balled me at 1200 I want to be reimbursed a correct amount to get my floors redone by someone else since they could not get it right at all

      I purchased the home last May. The home didnt line up so the ends were not capped, when the service guy came out he assured me that it was the mobile home sellers issue, they didnt line the home up correctly. The mobile home seller states that the home was built with that issue. I also have warped walls through out which the service guy took care of in the master bedroom and bath but said he didnt have the materials for the other rooms. He asked me to sign off on what he had done, which I did and said he had placed an order for the other remaining issues ( nicks in the trim which cant be painted, floor dipping and squeaky, molding that doesnt line up because of warping of walls). *** tried contacting this guy but only goes to voicemail and I get no response back. I spoke with the mobile home dealer and he said he would send his guy out Thursday, but it wasnt their responsibility and he had reached out to the maker of this home to try and help me out. The wall is messed up where the home comes together in the second bedroom closet and the fan motor over the stove doesnt work, also the cover for it is missing and neither will take responsibility to fix it. I want this corrected or a refund on the purchase. I have done everything I know to do to get this resolved and my next step will be a lawyer.

      I purchased a manufactured home from Regional Homes, it was manufactured by Hamilton Homes. I have a year warranty with them and the home was purchased last November. During this time many things were broke or needed to be replaced. They did not tighten any water fittings in the house. This caused multiple leaks. One that ruined my walls and flooring and it took multiple calls and threatened the BBB to get them to come fix it. Nothing has been fixed in a timely manner. My bedroom wall is still messed up and they have yet to come fix it. My floors are unlevel. I am overall dissatisfied with the customer service I have received. There are other problems with the house that I havent even told them about because they dont do anything to help you.

      I purchased a manufactured home from a vendor of theirs ********** homes on 12/05/2022. The problems started on delivery day. Upon arrival of said home. Trim around a front window was cracked. Upon interior inspection of said home. Noticed water damage near window of master bedroom, and had to repair a water leak on guest bathroom sink. Ceiling has patches where vendor tried to repair damages with different colored sheet texture. Have a cracked in sheetrock not on a tape seam. Rear sliding door is sagging. I sent my punch list and emergency damage repairs list to ************************* ****************** as well as Hamilton Home Builders LLC on 03/30/2023. Have been in contact with ***** at ********************************. Who by the way has been very helpful. I've tried multiple times to call Hamilton Warranty with no success by phone. I spoke to ************************* on 04/30/2023 who said my work order was loaded up by contractor and would contact me when he was in my area. I paid these people for a home and a Warranty I'd expect them to repair previous is***s with home after delivery. I have been patient and understanding through this whole process. I'm starting to lose my patience and hire an attorney to take care of these is***s with said home. These people have no problems selling Lemons to people who buy these forever homes. The house was sold to me with damages that were undisclosed before closing on home. There are also bows in the floors near guest bathroom and in master bedroom. House need door Jambs for all doors in hallway from a water leak that was undisclosed. Door jamb in master bathroom also water damaged, along with gypsum on backside of the shower. Tub has been leaking from the drain since I had the water connected. Underbelly of home has been duct taped in way to many places, and is falling off now pictures are provided of worst parts I need these is***s fixed as soon as possible. I will hire an attorney and *** this company along with vendor for nondisclosure laws.

       I have already filed a case On 05/10/2023. The original is still posted on the site. Since then I have had to Contractors come here and do subpar work on my home. ***** Showed up in June after my initial complaint back in May. He showed up with no materials to work on my home. Spent three hours trying to adjust one door. Did not address any of my main concerns like the buckled floors, Cracked Ceiling sheet, buckled fascia among other serious concerns that were never dealt with. He also had me go under and tighten the lag bolts for the floor creaks. Needless to say nothing was done that day. Said he would come back never did. On August 10th I was contacted by Another Contractor By the Name *************. Said he had my materials, and was coming to work on my home. This was another S*** show only difference is this one Costed me three days of work with only minor cosmetic work being done. I will post pictures of the concerns that can be photographed. None of my serious concern were ever warranted. I need a crew to come out and work on this not just one **** handyman whose got one foot in the grave. I been calling their warranty department with no success by phone or Email. This Place is a joke!! Cant call the fire marshal they say its livable, yes its livable. with buckling floors and cracking ceilings, how long? 10/15 years I'm in a 30 year mortgage. I'd expect my home to last at least that long. I just want what was said to be done actually get done. If I have to outsource the work to a crew myself you will be back charged the full amount of warranted services. If reimbursements are unsuccessful I will file Judgement lien against the **** Thank you for time hope to get a speedy response to this complaint. Have a Happy New Year.

      I've been trying for a month to get. Someone to come out and fix my whirlpool stove That is in my new mobile home that I purchased on 3-1-2023. The purchase date of the stove was 9-9-2021. So the repair shop will not warranty the stove. But hamilton ****** keep saying that they have to go by the purchase date of the mobile home. I have asked them to replace the stove and they will not do it. The stove is already 2 years old but I just bought a brand new mobile home with it in it.. I'm sure if anything happens to my stove In any near future that it is not going to be covered! I have spoken to the supervisor at hamilton home and he tells me that they will fix it but they will not replace my stove. When the repair man came out today he told me that that was going to be charged to me because it was not covered!

      I purchased a new 2022 Hamilton ****** mobile home on May 15, 2022. I paid $40k as a down payment. The dealership had stated that the home came with a 1 year warranty and that once home was delivered and set that I had 30 to complete an inspection of the home and write down everything that I saw which needed to be fixed or touched up. I completed this walk through and turned back in to dealership. After getting no help from the dealership on the major issues I had started seeing I contacted Hamilton ****** spoke with girl in warranty dep emailed her this list and pictures and my concern that I felt the home was not built correctly being as the gaps between walls in the corners , the gaps between the floor and walls in places , the obvious bow in home on the outside of the home, cracks in the ceilings , front door that has crooked and alows daylight to come in when it is shut, cabinet drawers are crooked and no in straight row, the master bathtub that is not even sealed in place shower surround we which has some behind it in the shape of large circles and not sealed to wall, some sort of electrical issue that every time I flip switch to ceiling fan everything plug in an outlet in the living room blinks. I was told by warranty person they would send contractor out to look, in August 2022 I was told contractor had my parts loaded and should be in touch soon. To this day I have not heard from anybody none of the repairs have been made and the 1 year warranty expires in a couple months. I do not want the dealership to send anybody else out because they are not addressing my major problems just tell me the manufacturer will have to repair. The home was not built correctly there is a wall in bedroom that is not the same in measurement of other walls in that room. I have been more than patient and don't care that they are located in *******. If a licensed contractor does not come look at things I will get an atty. **** was my first home I bought and has been the worst.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Yes **** has contacted me and has been to the home to do repairs inside the home . However the bigger  repairs needing to done he stated that somebody else would have to come down to do/remove section of siding to determine what is causing bow, master bathroom wall will be taken down and replaced at same time that countertop is replaced (assuming when parts come in) 

      Extra bathroom will have to order parts to replace shower surround 

      Biggest concern is he made comment that exterior damage done to top right and left of home at tongue end looked to have been hit. I have pictures dated when the unit was delivered with that pitiful excuse of a bandaid fix to cover damage. This information was never told to me before purchasing the unit. The fix that has been done looks horrible and is nothing more than some caulk and white tape I would like this area repaired correctly. 

      **** has been great and explained issue and what he could repair while here. Just couldn't say how long the remaining issues would be before getting repaired

Also the cover up attempt from where unit was damaged before I bought it and was not informed of such damage is not acceptable on any level.

      I do apologize for delay in response I have been out of state with immediate family death. I have called left voice mail for ***** in reference to not all parts reflect to have been ordered. **** in master bathroom cracked and patched over was told wall would have to be replaced when countertop was replaced. Damage done prior to this unit being delivered that has been patched up at top of TRL on exterior side of 2nd bedroom IS NOT acceptable nor did the dealership even state on any work order they attempted to fill in the hole. This information was not disclosed to me prior to sale or it would have never been purchased. On front side of TRL the second window to the left of front door (goes into kitchen area) window protrudes at top away from TRL **** stated it was not sitting or in place and would have it fix not sure how or by what means. Front entrance door I was told could be adjusted to seal crack where daylight comes through when closed, daylight still comes thru in this same area. Issue not fixed.

      You build absolute trash!!!!! our home was built totally out of frame, front door will not open due to being installed wrong, interior wall is crocked, closets are not finished, holes in the walls, and the list goes on and on!!! we are currently paying for a home that is not even livable and we can not get the company to even give us a date to when they will be out to fix anything! I have called and sent emails everyday and all I get told is no update. I have never dealt with such inconsiderate lazy people who don't want to do their job in my life! My next step is legal action.

We created a work order and have it scheduled to load out with our service technicians on Friday 2-10-23.  They will be in contact with the customer the week of ******* to schedule an appointment to make the needed repairs.

      Just moved in home July 2022. Techs have been out twice and cracks coming in wall, light sockets gone back out in bathroom and front door should've been replaced and didn't. Contacted salesman who sold house for him to forward pictures back to Hamilton to get techs back out tocorrect the issue. At this point they need to give a new house built worth something in the place of this one. Because like I told the salesman from where the house was purchased, I am about to get a lawyer. Even the techs that came out side poor quality of a home when they built it. And they says a lot about a company when the techs say this.       Talked to ******** at Hamilton Homes and she advised me that they hadn't received anything from ******* Homes that we still had issues that had been fixed, but messed up again and other issues. ******** was very professional and understanding and apologized that they didn't know anything else had happened. My daugther did send email and pictures and noticed her that we had sent everything through ******* Homes. Instead of contacting them now, we will contact ********. I will be waiting for hamilton to send a technician out. The techs were very professional.
