  I I bought a car from this place in December of 22 and before purchasing the car I was told that they report positive payments to the credit bureau well it was never on my report a few months later so I asked them and they said they would report it well here it is may 2024 and they have yet to report anything

  We were reporting to Experian and was having problems with them not reporting and incorrect information when they did report. We tried for over a year to get it fixed with them. We finally quit doing business with them and closed our account.

  Robert's auto sales is a company that continues to manipulate their customers for monetary gains, this company waits for people to get their vehicle after the down payment they start to treat you like crap. I have now learned of many situations that are like mine or similar. Robert's is a big scheme this company rely on people being 1 day late and saying now you have to pay the car in full or lose it, that is not normal unless you intentionally do this to low income people. He at will whenever o have an opinion he makes my car not start so I will think it is tore up and I didn't know this until later that he dies that to his customers so that he can repeatedly get down payment Le over and over again, also I came in contact with a tow driver and he said years ago he made a down payment and the cat started tearing up immediately so he contacted Robert to do a voluntarily repo bc he was out of too much money constantly, he said Robert's would come get it even after several calls to, so later he received papers saying about court but he had no proof to say he asked him to come get it 6 months ago, so Robert has many court papers filed from cars that he knowingly sells as lemons to work for just a few days, he will tell you you are on a twelve month engine and trans guarantee and 3 month car issue guarantee but this is never the case, I don't know how he does it but you see the paper that he has and what it says then later none of your copies match, it's a deliberate set up scheme, he also is tied in with ****************** on beltline in Decatur Alabama, they sent my car there without permission from me and it took me a while to find it bc they were deliberately hiding it.. many issues at this place at consumers risk please investigate thoroughly their back ground... this is not right and they need to be stopped, thank you!

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/13) */ ******* called on 11/20/21 and said her car was not starting and did I do something to make it not start. She said she put oil in it and and it was making noise. I told her I would send a tow truck to pick it up and see what was wrong with it for her. When tow truck driver brought it he told me she wouldn't give him the keys. I called her and told her I needed the keys to see what was wrong with it. She was complaining we did something to her car. I tried to start it and it found the motor was locked up. I told her that I thought she messed the motor up by running it low on oil. She said no it was a sensor and I told her we were real busy in the shop and it would be a couple of weeks before we could get it in our shop to verify the problem. I told her there is a shop we send customers to in Decatur and she said ok send it to them for her. She went down to Quality Automotive and they told her that motor was bad.She got mad with them and call the cops and said they messed her car up trying to break into it. She was causing a disturbance at Quality and they told her to take her car somewhere else. I am not sure what she is talking about how we tried to repossess car, we didn't do anything but try to see what was wrong with her car. She left Quality's and had it towed to some other guys house and then she towed it to the Dodge Dealer and that is where the car is now. That is not true, I called and told him the car was constantly losing power and there was no oil or sound issue, and I was asking about the warranty bc I have only had the car for 5 months and I. That time it. Has been back in his shop twice, he does this to many people and get over ... he turns off lights to make it seem like nothing is wrong I have constantly been telling him I'm not able to drive this cat where I want to and he kept putting it off til he then said I was out of warranty when I have been notified him of these issues and he said his mechanic was sick, he knew the car was bad and constantly led me on, I spend 3500 down and in kesss than two months it was back to home twice and sat in my parking mostly bc he said he had no mechanic to work on ..he refused to give my money back and told me I was now out of warranty and I can return car, when the car eventually died he made no effort to fix the car, he said to bring it then it sat in his lot for over two weeks and I said I'm still making these payment while you are doing nothing he even charged me the tow fee, next thing I know he sends it to his friend shop and they send me a 5200 estimate to fix after I told him I want the doge place to fix it bc they have warranties and not a shady company like he has gotten to foot me a 5000 bill insuch small amount of time if the engine went out he already knew it was bad and did not give me the facts!!! A very crooked and sue happy company and that's how they continue to get over and make their money by deceiving people Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/12/16) */ She has had vehicle since 5/18/21 miles were 177147 and she called on 5/19/21 and had a bad battery in car. We replaced battery for her at no charge and on 7/8/21 resurfaced the brake rotors on vehicle. We have not known of any other problems until 11/19/21. The warranty was for 3 months or 3000 miles. The vehicle now has 184693 miles. She has driven the car 7546 miles and warranty is over on her vehicle. We still tried to help her and had vehicle towed to our shop. She didn't believe what we said so we sent it to another shop and she didn't believe them and call the cops on them and now vehicle is at Champion Dodge and they are supposed to look at it for her. When I got the car he wrote down the mileage from when he had got the var out on the lot , it was a 182 number by tine if my purchase and yes the next the I go to get in the car and it was not working so I asked for a refund And he said it s just a bad bAttery, I took it up there and they put another used nLbattery in there and says it was sold as is but we'll just put put another batttert since you just pirchased, I also advised that in two days I should be able to get my money back if I felt like I was deceived they say it's as is and we will fix any issues, there was an issue I could not go over 50 without the gas pedal jumping tremendously and they told me it was rotors and they will fix it, however they took another month and something to get it in bc they keep telling me their mr hanic is sick so I ask can they not hire another one or Sind to another shop, I paid all this money fir a car I can't drive note than around the corner.. this went in then he finally gets tired me Smmaskibg to fix it so he gets car keeps it over a week again , I get it back and it's diubg the save thing and not inky that, a few days I here a clicking sound when I accelerate and I pull over there was a guy who stopped to help me and he tells me mam your tires are coming off in the back,so if I'd drive any more my back tires would hv wiggle right off, so it seems like they put the tires back on yet never tightened the bolts but leave me and my child Tj be in a horrible accident.. he don't care all he care about is his car being covered and he gets more money through insurance, this guy preys on week, please check his report and sue history... it will definitely explain how he works.. I need my 3500 back from the memo. He sold me, how in 5 months I can blow an engine when it was barely driven and I continually monitored lights, no lights on dash,no iol change needed bc when. I took the car to get the rotors he said he DK e all that for me bc his guys may hv over looked it bc I checked the oil myself and told him nothing comes up on this stick.. such a liar and a crook , one thing I do know for sure if you take good care of a cads oil it will work longer,and newer cars will give you signs that's why I was always bringing it back to you snd you didn't like it and stalked till I was out of warranty knowing these conditions existed already.. please go through his files and see what he has done to people!!!the horror stories are real... he sells same cars over and over...why???
