I ordered a presale Christmas pj set from *********************************************** Boutique at the end of May 2022. I paid $22 plus $5 shipping. I have been attempting to contact the owner on ********* messenger, and email since at least October 2022 for an update. The owner will not respond by any means. The order has yet to be shipped as expected. No refund has been issued.Initial Complaint

This company sells children clothing. Preorder and ready to ship. Around august the seller *** completely stopped communicating and selling items and has ghosted her page. She has not shipped any items for anyone and will not respond to emails, message or comments on her ******** page. I have about $500 in missing clothing items I will never receive as seller will not respond on the page or ship items.Initial Complaint

I preordered 2 outfits in April 2022. I have emailed this company several times inquiring about delivery and also asking for a refund. I have not received any response. I am aware that it takes several weeks for items to arrive but it doesnt *********** months.Initial Complaint

I placed two orders on may 1 from this boutique and was told they would ship in august. I have reached out via email and messenger but have received no response. The owner has made a few statuses saying the items will be shipped soon and that shes just been having family issues but refuses to refund anyone. The outfits I ordered were for Halloween and they wont even be here in time for Halloween now. I would just like a refund for both orders. The order numbers were ***** and *****.
