      I purchased a Hessaire MC61VT evaporative cooler on 07/10/2024 and it is no longer functional as of 08/08/24 - less than a month later. I have filled out the Warranty form - no response. I have called them at the number listed on their warranty page and they said they can't help me unless I fill out the form, I did but they don't "see" it. I have now emailed them at warranty email and I'm still awaiting a response. As other posters as suggested, it seems that Hessaire does NOT honor their warranty, nor do they have a functioning warranty claims process. I will wait another week, but after that it seems like I'll be forced to go to small claims court on this lemon of an evaporative cooler.

      Hessaire has no phone number listed on their website, and their website inquiry form that was perhaps once operational, does not result in any response from the company. In other words, you can never contact this business for support. I know I have contacted the company in the past so these changes appear to be new as of Fall 2023. The last I checked their products are still being sold in ******** so I have to assume they have some business operations left in place.

      This company should be forced out of business. They are selling a product that does not work. while they say they offer a years warranty, they will only replace parts. The product cant be returned. They are pushing and selling junk that does not work. Once you buy, youre stuck it it. I purchased one, never opened the box and am stuck with it.

      At Hessaire we are very sorry to hear of such an unsatisfied customer. We do not sell directly to individual consumers. We sell to distributors who then make sales to individual customers. She should contact the company that she purchased it from if she is wishing to get a refund. We do not refund individual consumers as we did not actually make the sale to them. I am certain that with proof of purchase the distributor that she bought it from would gladly refund her the money. If she is having an issue with parts of the unit, then she would simply need to go to Hessaire.com and fill out a warranty request. She would receive replacement parts per the warranty agreement that is included with each unit sold. This also only requires a proof of purchase as the warranty period is one year.

      I couldn't agree more, what a terrible company. I have two units, evaporative coolers, **** and ****, less that a year old, not only do they not function well , both pumps went out. Along with the pump issues, the plastic has warped around the unit.I agree with ******, they only function as a fan.It really is amazing how bad companies can continue to stay in business, selling more imported junk.
