              If I could choose zero stars I would. Mr. ********************** was contacted to appraise our home we were selling for $390k. I am an agent so Im familiar with the process. Our home appraised for $363k prior to $80k worth of upgrades. Mr. ********************** comes and spends 30 min and comes back at $355k. He was provided the prior appraisal and also was told the contract stating a portable building was not included in the sale. He then INCLUDES said building in appraisal. When told to correct it he drags out the report until the day of closing and then says hes reduced the appraisal to $354k which all in all caused us to basically have to reduce our sales price drastically and in conjunction losing thousands of dollars. This man was not very thorough. He appeared to just not want to do the work. Said he couldnt find comps when I as the agent and the previous appraiser had no issues. Then when called out he causes all kinds of issues. I definitely would not recommend using him at all.
