Scotch Homes (***** Scotch) built our home in 2018 and developed our neighborhood. We pay $***/year to HOA fees and have not received a financial statement in several years. We have requested that ******* ***** (our HOA provider) present these financial documents multiple times to the homeowners with no avail. We have also requested a meeting with ***** Scotch (the builder who has control over our HOA) with no avail. ******* ***** says *** ****** will not return their calls so they cannot do anything. ******* ***** now will not respond to our requests. There is very little upkeep in the common areas and not enforcement of HOA rules of our neighborhood. We do not understand where our HOA fees are going. There are approximately 70 homes in the neighborhood. That is a lot of money going into our HOA with no communication as to where our money is going. *** ****** claims to have a continuing building plan but building and communication has completely stopped. As a homeowner, this is very concerning to be forced to pay $***/year toward something that is not benefiting our neighborhood. If we do not pay our HOA fees, ******* ***** will send us to collections. Please help us get a resolution on this.
