On June 12, 2023 we engaged with services with Weed Man for lawn fertilization and weed control. ************************* was the sales representative who came to our home to engage us in the services. Phone number provided was ************. The company came and put down the initial weed and crabgrass control application. The instructions included not to mow or water the grass for 48 hours. It also noted that weeds can take up to two weeks to show signs of control. Within 24 hours it rained. We contacted the company and they sent a technician back to our home on June 20 to re-apply the weed and crabgrass control. On July 24, we contacted Weed Man to let them know that our grass had turned brown. They sent a senior technician ( *****************************) to our home to check the grass. At this time he informed us that the grass had a fungus and that it would cost us approximately $100 per application to correct the problem. This was take 3 applications for a total of $300. We have never had our grass to die and the only difference was the applications that was put down by Weed Man. We then spoke with **** (did not provide a last name) and he acknowledged that it was coincidental that the grass was dying after their application, but that they were not responsible for the fungus. No other products were placed on our grass, so the products they used must have caused the fungus. After asking to speak with a manager or owner, **** informed us that **** (the owner) does not have time to be bothered with customer complaints and that we could not speak with anyone else. It is unethical for this company to try and force us to pay for their mistakes. If the products were not comparable with our grass, they should have conducted their due diligence before applying them. The company has not tried to resolve the complaint and it will cost $300 according to them to repair.

Last spring a sales person came to my door offering to make my grass look better. He stated that we will do weed control. But my main concern was that I was happy with my weed grass mix but I asked if you kill the weeds would I be left with dirt spots. He then examine the grass and said no that the weeds are hold the grass back. Im not an expert but I didnt see brass in the areas I was concerned with. After they apply the weed kill I was left with dirt spots. They told me to not worry because they will be doing aeration & seeding. But after this happen and even after the manger sending me an email asking about options they told me they dont seed in my area. So Im just left with dirt spot. So they offered some fertilizer saying this will help spread the grass. What grass I dont know. I called and said Im done Im paying for big dirt spots. I stayed I would not have to pay this is not what I ordered I order the service that you would be making my yard better not worse. I thought that was it until some one showed up on my porch so I called again and they said ok all good. I got a bill later it was discounted but not zero so I called back but a manger was not there and I were to get a call back. That never happened. Now the account is in collections and when I call all I hear is that sorry its in collections take it up with them. This is not fair what happened to my call back what happened to zero the bill. I should be still dealing with the company not a collection agency and at least give me the decision to pay the bill if you would have called me and worked out a resolution. This is unfair to offer a service and do something else.
