    On Friday September 29, 2023 my wife and I went to determine which vehicle we wanted to buy and trade in one of ours as well. Their employee *************************, initially allowed me to test a couple of the cars we were interested in but when we gave the dealership the keys to our trade in, he and his manager began barking at us and trying to force us to sign the paperwork to buy a car we did not want to buy and one we did not get the opportunity to see. During the "dealing" process, Hoover Toyota pulled my credit without my permission, I explicitly told them they were not allowed to pull my credit for any reason that night. They kept us in the building for 2 hours after close in isolation from anyone apart form **** and his manger as they pulled my credit, refused to give us the keys back to our car so we could leave, physically and verbally intimidated us, and made many sexist and degrading remarks to my wife. I have tried contacting them about these issues many times the past month and have yet to speak to anyone. My credit is still being decreased because of their unauthorized and unlawful credit pull

    I would never buy a vehicle from this place. CAN NOT BE TRUSTED AND ARE EXTREMLY RUDE! I found a Jeep that had just came in so I decided to test drive it, The front end seemed to float around the road and needed detailing is all I thought needed to be done. I sold the salesman(Which did a excellent job) what I had found, and he went to his boss about it and came back to tell me it just came in and needed to go through inspection. I put $1,000.00 down on the Jeep and came back Monday with my wife. Was told it was detailed and passed inspection, so off we went for a test drive. Jeep still floated around the road. Trash was still in the Jeep from the shady detail work. I told my wife the one thing I did not check was the 4WD. Parking in gravel I placed the Jeep in 4wd and moved the wheels to a slight left. There was a lot of popping coming from the yokes. I then put the Jeep in neutral and the 4WD in neutral and went under the Jeep to inspect the shafts. Luckily I did as the motor was washed but fresh oil was leaking from the oil pan, but I checked he 4wd system and found it to be defective. Took it back to tell the sales man, and he tells his boss what we found. Without a word his boss *************************** goes outside and gets in the Jeep. SO I walk out behind him. After he was able to finally get the Jeep in 4wd he moved it 6 inches and says its fine. Nothing wrong with it, he knew what he was doing, blah blah blah.... By now begin to question his integrity from his fast talk and just rude behavior. I STILL was willing to buy the Jeep but wanted off the price to replace the yokes. He storms back off without a word and leaves me and my wife standing there with the salesman. So by his behavior the deal was off. I know when a customer is disrespected in that manor to just walk away. I asked the salesman to refund my money down< and he said it was up to ******************* received that back. After arguing with this man for 10 mins I got my refund!!!!! Stay clear
