I would never buy a vehicle from this place. CAN NOT BE TRUSTED AND ARE EXTREMLY RUDE! I found a Jeep that had just came in so I decided to test drive it, The front end seemed to float around the road and needed detailing is all I thought needed to be done. I sold the salesman(Which did a excellent job) what I had found, and he went to his boss about it and came back to tell me it just came in and needed to go through inspection. I put $1,000.00 down on the Jeep and came back Monday with my wife. Was told it was detailed and passed inspection, so off we went for a test drive. Jeep still floated around the road. Trash was still in the Jeep from the shady detail work. I told my wife the one thing I did not check was the 4WD. Parking in gravel I placed the Jeep in 4wd and moved the wheels to a slight left. There was a lot of popping coming from the yokes. I then put the Jeep in neutral and the 4WD in neutral and went under the Jeep to inspect the shafts. Luckily I did as the motor was washed but fresh oil was leaking from the oil pan, but I checked he 4wd system and found it to be defective. Took it back to tell the sales man, and he tells his boss what we found. Without a word his boss *************************** goes outside and gets in the Jeep. SO I walk out behind him. After he was able to finally get the Jeep in 4wd he moved it 6 inches and says its fine. Nothing wrong with it, he knew what he was doing, blah blah blah.... By now begin to question his integrity from his fast talk and just rude behavior. I STILL was willing to buy the Jeep but wanted off the price to replace the yokes. He storms back off without a word and leaves me and my wife standing there with the salesman. So by his behavior the deal was off. I know when a customer is disrespected in that manor to just walk away. I asked the salesman to refund my money down< and he said it was up to ******************* received that back. After arguing with this man for 10 mins I got my refund!!!!! Stay clear

When my car didn't start, I called service center at Hoover Toyota 4 times. At each time they said a manager would call back. But they never did. Because no one return my calls, I used my wife's car to drive to Hoover Toyota to talk to a service manager ************ and ****************. They diagnosed that wiring harness needs to be replaced since whoever put the battery cut the positive wiring too short. They wanted to charge $8777 plus tax. I asked them weather that is the only option, and they assured it. I wanted a second opinion about it, so I brought the service estimate written by them with pictures of the battery. Another Toyota dealer estimated $574 including tax and they fixed my car issue with no trouble.

I had my car serviced at Hoover Toyota. The bill seemed abnormally high, even though I knew some extra work besides an oil change had been done. After taking a closer look, I realized my transmission fluid had been replaced, even though it had already been changed at another Toyota dealership at 60,000 miles and did not need to be changed again until 120,000 miles. A coolant exchange had also been performed, although it did not need to be done until 100,000 miles. At just under 87,000 miles, I’ve lost useful life on previous services and paid for work that was not necessary. Fuel injectors were cleaned and back brakes were cleaned and adjusted, although I have been informed that this is an adjustment generally made at the request of the customer, and I made no such request. I contacted the Toyota office about this, and they offered to discuss it further last. When I responded that I would like to discuss it with her and my husband, they stopped responding. I emailed her and called her several times and never heard back.
