      We were driving from the **************** for one specific vehicle that they had in their website. We called in advance to make sure the vehicle was still available and they advised that if we made an appt to test drive the vehicle than it would be placed on a hold until that appointment time. We showed up 15 min before our appt time and started discussing the numbers. As soon as we tried to negotiate it down some they said lets test drive it first he immediately came back with a manager and said That car just sold. No sorry we messed up nothing! They were rude and condescending after the fact when we tried to explain there was supposed to be a hold and we drove 2 1/2 hours to get there. They said thats how it is and as we were leaving he had the nerve to say have a nice drive back. Absolutely ridiculous and unbelievably unprofessional. Worst experience I have ever had.

      On August 16th, 2023, at Honda North America's request, I took my 2014 Honda Accord Touring to Tameron Honda for diagnosis.So, I authorized the dealership to order the parts which were back-ordered. The dealer gave me a quote of $2779.85 for the parts. I sent the report and quote to Honda North America, and they called the dealership and authorized the repairs on my car. Honda North America gave me a goodwill of $1000 and informed me that I would be responsible for $1300 plus tax. I showed up at 8 am the next day. I met Service Advisor ****. I told her the reason for my visit. **** asked me to show her the repair authorization from Honda. I sent her my email messages from Honda. So, the dealer shuttle service dropped me off at my place of work, and 20 minutes later, I got a call from ****. She asked me to come back and get my car. She said her service manager would not accept the email correspondence from Honda. I told her to call Honda North America to verify the work authorization on my car, but she refused. So, I called the Corporate Honda office, and they resent the work authorization on my car to the service manager. At 4:05 pm, I met with **** and asked her about the progress of my car. She said it would be ready in 90 minutes. Recall I dropped off this car at 8 am. By 6:05 pm I went back there, and they said they are working to fix the amount I must pay. It took about 25 minutes for **** and her associate to adjust the bill and I was told I owed $1655.98. I told them that Honda North American said I was only responsible for $1300 plus tax. At this point, one of the service advisors called their service manager, who told them they couldn't use the coupon they sent me earlier that day. I was given the option to pay the $1655.98 or come back tomorrow to pick up my car since they were about to close for the day. I will not recommend doing business with Tameron Honda again. The quality of their customer service has gone down the drainbad place to do business.

      We purchased a car there, didnt get 30miles down the road before the car broke down and had to be towed. Called asking if we could have the car towed back there they say we have done all we can do to the car. We wasnt asking them to pay for it but need to get it fixed but this tells us that they know something is wrong with the car the reason they didnt want it back in their shop. They were very dishonest about the car. And nobody cared about us be broke down on the Side of the road with their tag on the back of the car. I hope people saw it and said they will never buy from this car dealership ever. We definitely will not recommend anyone to Tameron Honda ****** **

      I should have checked the BBB before going to Tameron Honda. Clearly, it is a pattern of poor business lead by horrible management/ownership. They completely deserve the reputation of a "used car salesman" in every aspect. We went to see some cars on the lot. Told sales guy we "are not looking to buy today." Once inside, we were subjected to the ridiculous mind games of cars sales. What is the value of me signing a promise to buy a car when we haven't even agreed on a price? What a tired and old sales con job. We returned to verify if they would honor the price THE ***** *** wrote on his paperwork. The sales manager told us they don't negotiate. I reminded him that it was their offer. He said, that they did not accept their offer........ok I understand the game of low ball. They tried to see my interest by submitting their own price point to fish where I was willing to pay. Called on their own bluff. They now say we don't negotiate. Hmm. RIght. Their own website says "not to pay the internet price." This would as fact mean, that the sales price is lower.....why not just disclose the sales price if you "don't negotiate." Instead they have a list price (scratched off) and an internet price (scratched off) and your supposed to just pay whatever their Jedi mind trick determines. Horrible place with horrible ethics. Would not recommend.

      Well l went with my niece to look at a van that they had gotten in . She was told a price for it before she got there. We carried a car to try to trade in and they came back almost half of what we were quoted a little over 3 months ago, keep in mind we had a large dent repaired in the door and rear finder on the passenger side since then and have put less than a 1000 miles on it since then. They came back with a deal for my niece after they ran information and the price magically went up after that. She decided to leave so they went and got the car we were going to trade to bring back to the front of the store. I'm standing there talking to the salesman and another guy came up and tried to belittle me by saying that that was three months ago on that quote and l told him use to deal with selling cars and he started off saying l sell cars now.l told him l just about a car a little over 3 months ago where we got the quote on the car we were trying to trade in with them . He looked at me and said no l didn't.,So this guy just called me a liar straight to my face . I get in the car roll the window down and asked his name . He said it was Buddy and he was a sales manager there. I said good that's all l needed to know. Then when l think he realized what was going on,He tried to get all nice and friendly. So Tameron Honda if Buddy is a service manager You need to have a chat about arguing and calling a potential or past customer out in front of the doors that everyone goes in and out of. The actual salesman she was dealing with was a good guy,but this guy that stuck his nose in where it wasn't asked. Needs a Huge talking to about his attitude and customer service. I will never recommend this place ever again because of this.

      Purchased a NEW Honda from Tameron only to find out it had been in the shop twice prior to my purchase with transmission or electrical problems. I was not informed that car had problems until I ran a Carfax 1 year after purchase because of continuing problem. Even after a couple of years I am still having problems with the car it has since been in the shop 8 times for repairs. Not all transmission but also electrical and etc. every time I take it to the shop I have to drop it off at 8am and pick it up at 6pm and they say they do not offer rentals even on a new car purchase but if you schedule a service it gives you the choice to retain a rental. I will NEVER purchase from here again.

      We bought 2022 Pilot. Our contract states a certain amount but the amount financed was **** dollars more than we signed for. That added warranty coverage that we rejected. We signed the papers stating that the coverage was denied. We have talked to Honda and Honda Finance. They're waiting on the dealership and they've done nothing. This is the second time they've done this to us. We won't be back

      I CALLED SERVICE DEPARTMENT BECAUSE MY UNDER CARRIAGE, HAD FELL DOWN WHILE DRIVING. I SPOKE TO SERVICE MANGER. TOLD HIM I LIVED IN MOUNDVILLE, I BROUGHT MY CAR FROM YOU ALL AND PAID CASH FOR MY CAR. I TRAVEL IN RAIN TO GET MY CAR SERVICED BY TAMERON. HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT HE WILL HAVE TO SEE IF I RAN OVER A POT HOLE IN THE ROAD. I SAID I CAN NOT GET CAR TOWED TO YOU FROM MOUNDVILLE I EXPLAINED TO HIM, I KNOW IF I RAN OVER SOMETHING. I SAID I WILL TAKE CAR TO TOWENSEND, CAN YOU AT LEAST CALL AND GET NAMES OF SOMEONE I CAN TALK TOO. GAVE ME THE NAME OF MANAGER THEIR. TOOK CAR IN THEY RETURNED CALL ASKING ME TO PICK UP CAR, AND EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THEY SENT PICTURES OF CAR AND CALLED TAMERON. HE WAS NOT GOING TO KEEP GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM. THIS WAS NOT YOUR FAULT MS. GRIFFIN IT WAS PUT ON BACKWARS. TIME BEFORE THIS INCIDENT I TOOK CAR PAID TO GET TIRES ROTATED, LET ME DRIVE HOME WITH A WHOLE IN TIRE, THEN BEFORE THIS ICIDENT THEY DID NOT PUT MY COMPUTER BACK ON LINE. I READ THE BOOK AND CHANGED IT MY SELF. KEEP IN MIND PAID CASH FOR CAR AND PAYING FOR SERVICES, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TAMERON HONDA IN HOOVER AL. TOWNSEND HONDA VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

      I took my 04 accord there August 30-2021 to sync my new key fob and steering column(immobilizer) to the car. I was told there would be a $****** diagnostics fee to tell me what's specifically wrong with the car. About 6 weeks past by and I was notified saying that my car would be ready the following Friday after having to replace ECM, BATTERY CABLES, BATTERY. I don't know if they order parts by bicycle, but note my car sat there from Aug. 30-Nov. 10th going on 3 months only to get fixed in that last week, probably last day after filing complaint to the corporate office. How about I get a text saying pay $******* online. After finally sending the invoice, it doesn't show the $****** diagnostics fee and charged me for other parts and labor I did not authorize. I lost a job where I'd worked for 7 years because of no transportation. I ubered and hitched as long as I could until it wasn't worth it. Thanks for your inconvenience. I swear I would have done better letting it rot in the back yard. I don't have enough space to mention about customer courtesy. Thanks TAMERON for nothing!
