We worked with one of their realtors, ***********************, for about 2 months. During this time she was completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and highly unethical. She would schedule open houses 1 to 2 days in advance so she could tell her employer she was working to sell the house. Several times my family and I came back early, she wouldn't be there or be on the porch with her boyfriend. This is on top of taking hours to respond to questions, not following up with us after viewings, and even refusing to give us a lockbox for a month so we had to leave our home unlocked for strangers. Oddly enough the only offer we received was from Buyers who did not have realtors, so of course she would get a higher commission. She tried several times to get us to sell for $30k under original listing.The final straw was her knowing that a buyer had backed out of an offer but failing to tell us for days. She knew by at least Saturday but did not inform us until mid day Monday. We had wired another thousand dollars to our new home site. This was our second homesite as we missed the first one due to ******** incompetence. We are all in at $11k in money on new home that we are now unable to move to as ***** withheld information. The alleged buyer's inspection was scheduled for 9 AM, no one showed up, nor do we get a call. At 10:30 AM our realtor texts us that she'll call us. We don't hear from her until 2:30 PM which she states the buyers are "crazy" and backed out. Unprofessional is an understatement. She claims she was sick, yet the night prior she's posting on ******** about her day. It's obvious she knew there was no offer, did not tell us, costs us another thousand dollars, and then tried to lie and cover it up. This is unacceptable.
