      I only being living in these apartments for 6 months, and my water has been shut off 5 times. They keep acting like its a water line break every time, then to make matter worse the tenants are paying a high water bill. I requested for a pest control 3 months ago, and was told they had to find another company for whatever reason, then a few weeks I get a knock on my doors from a man yelling Pest Control. The office never informed me of this, so I called and was told they put the tenants that requested it a while ago back on the list. Like really, that was 3 months ago, and I was still being charge for it alone with a unexplained miscellaneous charge that no one knows about. My kitchen sink and dishwasher has a very foul odor that smell throughout the apartment due to the plumbing problem. I have put in several maintenance request, and no one has been out to address this problem. The leasing office just saying someone is coming or they have to send a plumber to fix it but that still haven't happen. All they do is tell the tenants that someone is coming, but that *** be 2-3 weeks later, and sometime months. I have lived in several apartments complex, but this is by far the worse.

      I have spoken with this resident, as her concerns were made to the previous office team. We have added her to the pest control list and had her unit treated for pest. Our maintenance staff has performed two different approaches to correct the odor that she is experiencing in her home by flushing the drain line in her kitchen and also using a chemical treatment to clear and deodorize the drain line.

      Dear Team,I live in the apartment complex that I am filing this complaint against. When we first moved in we mentioned to the apartment complex recognizable water damage on the move in sheet. Fast forward almost 2 years later the situation has gotten worse over time, with numerous attempts and giving the apartment complex multiple chances to fix it. We are getting the run around to solve this now more serious inhabitable living situation. We are living in this apartment with mold inside the walls and visual mold on the outside that so far has just been painted over to mask this issue. I have now health concerns about this stressful and time consuming matter that I can barely address due to me working from 7 am - 6 pm Mon - Friday ( +every third SAT ). I can only visit the leasing office on Saturdays and when I do it takes them days or weeks to come by to either paint or say they will send "someone" to fix it which is a endless loop. In some scenarios when I wasn't able to make it in person I would send a online maintenance requests which they would just cancel. After a lot of back and forth and not any sufficient improvement we were then offered to move into a different unit but they would have to adapt to the new rent and could not honor our rent that we had in place when I first renewed the lease. The other option was to fix the issue which leads me to the time consuming back and forth I already have with this place. Best regards ****
