      Every since Riverchase Landing Apartments signed a deal with **********************, their service has gone down the hill. Our foyer to our apartments were cleaned every week. There was no issues with our rent. If something was wrong with something in the apartment we ALWAYS had someone to come out and fix the day we setup the work order. Pest Control sprayed weekly. Everything was wonderful living here. Since ********************** been in charge, they have overdrawn my account by taking out an addition $1,000 saying because I hadn't renewed my lease. I ended up speaking to multiple people, and each person said something different including managers and nothing would ever be fixed. Even a ****** came into the office with a noncompliance paper about not paying his rent. After a few months, it was fixed. After it was fixed then a few months later a woman started sending me emails stating that I owed a $1000 and I told her I didn't and asked her to send me proof. Then she said she fixed it. I said great. Then a few weeks later she sent me another email saying I owed $86. I said no I don't I pay my rent in full every month. I OWE YALL NOTHING!I went to the office explaining again that I owe them Nothing. Each time either Management or leasing specialists says its going to be fixed and it never is. Just a few days ago, I received a non-compliance letter. I gathered ALL my payments to take the office and no one is there. The office is supposed to be open from 9am-6pm and the doors are locked and the office is dark. I've done this multiple times and no one is there. I left a message on their voicemail and haven't heard from anyone. I just checked my maintenance lists about an emergency maintenance with my plumbing that needed to be fixed three days ago. No one has come. No one has called. I sent in multiple work orders and one of them they said they completed when they didn't I'm still looking at broken blinds they broke the day they installed them.

      -We have had issues with ants in the apartments and cars, theft of property, and car break-ins -The water gets shut off several times a month for a line break, then the residents end up paying outrageous water bills because the property is not maintaining the plumbing... The property manager kept informing all of us tenants that Conservice (third-party utility ******) was issuing a credit and we tenants would see a credit soon. No credit has been received. Our refrigerator door handle broke about a month ago...it is obvious that there have been several attempts to repair the door, but it is still broke. The carpet was coming loose from the transition slip that separates the laminate floor from the carpet. There were nails sticking out and, after four weeks of notifying them, they showed up to put a band-aid on the problem. The short nails used were coming up a week later. We are still pulling nails out of the carpet so the little ones don't get cut. The gas water heater had a leak for months before we knew about it. We ended up having gas bills doubled for a year and tripled for three months. The management said there was nothing they could do, so the residents pay the price of their negligence. Multiple requests for documentation relating to outrageous water bills, have fallen on deaf ears, we have received no response. The Air conditioner was replaced five months ago, however in May the new unit broke and we had no air for 24 days. Management put ** in another apartment which was infested with gnats and no working appliances. Please do your research before moving in!!
