My daughter went to the Mall today, she was pressured into spending $374 on hair straightener & products at one of the KIOSK and never informed about the refund policy which there is not one until she got the receipt via text. That kind of sales tactics should not be allowed at any mall, my child is not an adult, they should not be allowed to approach anyone and they should not be allow to not refund people. The questions she was asked sized up my daughters wealth then the salesperson kept pressuring her until she just agreed so she could leave. I will not ever let her return to your mall with those kiosk sales people with out me and I will make it known that this is what happens to children there. I am totally disgusted. I will update with what happens tomorrow when I return with the product and my daughter to confront them, since they said over the phone they are not authorized to refund anyone, well then who is? I hope that Riverchase Galleria cares enough to address these types on sales and selling to children under 18.
