Whenever you book with them, they make you pay for 50% at booking and charge you for the rest when the services are fulfilled. When we got to the counter, she was about to charge us the full amount plus gratuity per person... my sister asked her about the 50% deposit... she looks at the computer and ***** says " i already charged your card $845. Never asked if she wanted to be fully charged in the card or anything. Then gave us a receipt for $745. Started that she was adjusting everything by 50%, and then including $20 off for the birthday discounts and I also had a $50 giftcard that she would apply to the total making everything $605. That's including gratuity. When we got in the car, my sister checked her email and it showed the total was $605 she charges the day prior. I called to as her if she could send an itemized bill bc the charges. ***** gets upset about us asking for the itemized charges. There was no way you are getting to charge us three different amounts and the $605 she came up with didn't include the 50% off plus the additional $70 off. While on the phone with her, she says "ill tell you what, I'll just go back and charge you for everything yall recieved. It will be much higher than what we are complaining about!" I immediately asked for the owners name and phone number. Also, ***** stated that the spa and the sauna was working. We get there, this services haven't worked since they moved to the new building almost 4 years ago. We asked ***** why did she send a contract over with incorrect information. She says it's just old. It's the original one we have always used. They are charging for services they dont have the owner she didn't answer, so.i left a message asking she call us xback immediately. She called back, which I believe it was on accident why she called..I called her 2 seconds after she called, and she won't answer, won't return my phone calls, nothing. All this happened on October 8th. Our appointment was at 330. We want all money back
