      I would like to dispute this transaction in the amount of $2000.00. Yes I was broke down on the side of the highway, my serpentine belt had popped, so I called around to have someone fix / replace the belt, This company company H&H repair services did come out with the belt after trying to put it on he said I would need a water pump and didn't notice it when he 1st looked over the truck so I had to get a hotel room that night, He said he would have the water pump in the morning, I called him around 10:30 a.m close to check out time of the hotel to get an update he said he couldn't fine the water pump so he was headed to Nashville Tennessee that was the only place he could find the water pump, So I had to pay for another night at the hotel, later that evening around 7:00 p.m. he called and said the truck was fixed, So I went to look the truck over and paid him outside on the highway. However when I asked for my receipt for my serpentine belt and my water pump he stated he cannot give it to me he needs it for his records. With that being said I need my receipts from my company as well tax purposes, warranty purposes and if I ever decided to sell my truck I will have proof of the repairs I had done to the vehicle. Without proof of the receipts I don't know how much the serpentine belt and the water pump actually cost me or even if the $500 fee of going to Nashville Tennessee to pick up the part even exist. On his receipt it doesn't give me a breakdown of each service or item that was purchased. At the time of returning my truck back to me I asked for those two receipts he would not provide, I reached out via email on February 1, 2022 at 12:06 PM with no response. So I did a little research and I looked him up on Facebook I sent a message and I do have a response of him telling me he would give me the receipts when he go to the office the next day, as of today Saturday February 5, 2022 I still do not have those receipts.

      I was really pleased with the services at 1st. But after paying for my bill in the amount of $2000.00 and didn't get a full detailed receipt or the receipts for my parts that's when the problem started. I asked for those receipts and he said he need them for his records, Well I need them for my Business records, tax purposes & warranty purposes. I have reached out a few times and he still refuse to give me those receipts. So I have no other Choice but to take it a step further to get assistant with this matter.. What's the problem of giving the receipt to the person who paid for the parts and labor? I don't know if all parts was replaced on my truck. I never saw new parts or old parts.
