After messing up our water delivery MULTIPLE times, and reaching out MULTIPLE times to no avail I decided to finally cancel our account after almost 2 years of doing business. Truly not worth the headache. I have asked for an update on when they can pick up our empty bottles over and over and over again and was told a certain date. No one ever showed and I was home all week, so there are no excuses. They are extremely unorganized, unapologetic and honestly just practicing bad business. Getting water from them was never a necessity which is why the decision to sever our relationship came even easier. I have 6 empty bottles I have asked them to pick up/get an update on a pick up with a value of $150 that is basically just holding my money ransom until they decide its convenient for them. I actually never saw their response until now - it must have gone to my spam. I wouldn't necessarily call their response a proper response, to be honest. They did finally come and pick up the items after reaching out to them numerous times, and having to confirm it all myself. Problem resolved but still not impressed by them and think it's only fair future potential clients are properly forewarned. Thank you!
