I received a promotional flyer/coupon in the mail that was delivered to all mailboxes in the area for a FREE car wash or FREE week of car washes NO PAYMENT REQUIRED. However, when I tried to redeem the coupon at the *********** car wash, an attendant told me I had to pay a ***** ONLY on a credit card to get the free week of car washes. I asked to speak to a manager and told him it was false advertisement and illegal. The attendant refused my request to talk to a manager or information on who I could call about my complaint. At my insistence of having some method to contact someone, he said he would give me a card and walked into the office. When I saw him coming out of the office I walked toward him, and by chance saw another employee and asked the employee if I could talk to a manger. He said he was a manger; I told him the promotional said either a free car wash or a week of free car washes NO PAYMENT REQUIRED. He agreed with me that requiring a credit card and a ***** being charged on it was false advertising. However, he wasn't able to do more than to refer me to call customer service **************. I called the number today but the rep wasn't able to direct me to anyone else.

My wife used the Fayetville TN *********** location twice this year around April, against our wishes or knowledge they signed us up for their monthly membership. This went un-noticed by us until early November totaling over $200. We contacted *********** and they admitted to us that we were signed up for their monthly membership program against our knowledge or will. *********** agreed to refund to us the approximately $200 and it should be in our account within 2 business days, this was over a week ago. We have since tried to contact *********** to discern the timeframe for our refund but *********** is not taking are calls. We wish to file complaint against *********** to make others aware of their dishonest business practice of signing people up for their monthly membership without customer consent and unwillingness to re-pay said costs. We are debating taking legal action to recover our money and to protect others from this company.

I got a carwash on Sunday 4/3 and on Monday 4/4 my card was charged ***** for a membership I didn't sign up for. I never gave anyone any of my info such as an email or my phone number and I never even received anything stating I had a membership. I contacted them on 4/4 and was told they would cancel the membership and refund my money within 5-7 business days. I reached back out on 4/17 because my funds had not been returned. I was told it wasn't processed and that's why it didn't go through. I was told it was being handled and my refund should appear shortly. Fast forward to today 4/19, I called again and this time I was told my subscription had been terminated so they would need my credit card info again to process my refund. I was assured the money would be returned "momentarily". That was at 9 am. I called back at 230pm and got the most rude CS supv ******** who tried to admonish me on not disrespecting her when they have stolen my money and giving me the run around. She was very passive aggressive and even stated at one point in the conversation that "this will be the last I say about it". I was told the was nobody above her, so she basically is in control of my refund. I asked what assurance can she give me that THIS time it will be processed, and I was given a "refund" confirmation number. This seems to be a practice of theirs looking at the complaints filled.

I had signed up for the $19.95 car wash plan, it says clear as day on the paper I was given I would be charged on February 23 the $19.95 I agreed to, Feb.23 rolls around and they take $39.95, we called customer service twice and got told theyd fix it, they didnt. We made multiple attempts to call this location but their phone is disconnected, I made multiple statements onlineno answer. Its wrong that theyre taking advantage of people and charging double what they should and then lying and saying theyll refund it, this is a common thing with this business from the reviews I wish I wouldve read sooner.

I received a free car wash card in the mail. I went and received the "FREE" car wash. Weeks later I was charged $45.95 for a membership. I was charged twice. I reached out to my card company to find out where the unexplained charges were from. They informed me that I needed to go to the car wash and get them to remove the charges. The manager assured me that the membership would be cancelled and I would be issued a refund. They signed me up for a membership that I never agreed to and proceeded to charge monthly. I never presented them with any payment information. It was explained that it was not necessary to do so and that the charges were automatic. I am an 80 year old elderly lady. It was not explained to me that it was a membership nor that there would be recurring charges. Now they refuse to refund my money! What can I do? Please help me!

When ******************** opened in **********, ** this spring (2022), the company mailed coupons for free car washes as part of the grand opening. I used the coupon which we received to have a sick friend's car washed. As the friend had not driven her car for months, I took the car through the car wash twice in a row to get it cleaned. When I drove in to ************ I was told that I could not only get a free wash that day but also could come as many times as desired for thirty days. I was offered other programs but said no since this was not my car. My most recent credit card statement shows a charge of $45.00 dated 5-21-2022. I called the credit card company and was told that the charge is setup to recur every month. Please help me get back my $90.00 and warn others about this trickery.Thank you for all you do for all of us!

On May 10th I took a coupon for a free car wash to this establishment. The attendant asked me if I would instead like to get 30 days of free car washes to which I replied sure, but that I did not want to sign up for anything ongoing and did not want to spend any money. He then told me that he had to have my debit card in order for me to get the free car washes. I once again told him that I did not want to sign up for any ongoing services and not to charge my debit card any money. He assured me that I would not be charged anything at all. 30 days later I got a $45.95 charge taken out of my checking account. I went back to the shop only to be told that I had been signed up for ongoing charges every month. To top it off they had me listed as somebody else in the system with my car tag. The employee who took my information assured me that he would close out my account and that I could get my money back by calling 877-370-1390. I called them today and they told me there was nothing they could do to refund my money. They did tell me that the account was closed and that there was no one above the supervisor that I could speak to because the owner doesn't speak to customers. I want my money back. $45.95 was the charge. The employee was Jared A. who lied to me in order to get a sale. Sebastián Cheek was the employee who helped me when I went back for my refund.

April 13 I was charged $45.95 for a renewal on a service that I tried to cancel. I got zero car washes or other services for that amount. They originally charged me $25 on March 13. My mirror was damaged in the car wash that day. I filed a report for the mirror. I was never contacted back. I tried to cancel the auto-renewal that day, because who wants to go back to a car wash that damages your mirror. They apparently did not cancel the membership renewal as requested. The business has made no efforts to correct either problem, and they have told the credit card company that I am at fault for the $45.95 charge. The cost to replace the mirror is approximately $900.
