      I paid in advance over $300.00 for one year *********** ******* on 23 April 2024. I use the ******* 3 times. Every time I went, there were no towels, vacuums were not working, and the washing machine lives the car very wet, and do no remove the dirt. Management /customer ******* is very poor; they always have some unjustifiable excuse for their poor *******. I request cancelation on 3 may and it now 8 May and they have not initiated any refund.

      Called customer service about a second unauthorized charge on my card. Was told they would cancel my subscription but would not give a refund. I asked what subscription I didn't sign up for one nor was I told about it at the time of service. I was told we can't verify that conversation and was told I would have received a text about the promotion I looked at my phone had no text Alex said you probably deleted I said no I don't delete my text I asked to speak with a supervisor was told the were none available told me the policy was no refunds which was doubled the amount I paid for at the day service. When I asked for a copy of the or if she would read it to me she got mad and hung up I called back and told her that she was rude and I didn't yell or curse at her I asked to leave a message for a owner or supervisor to call me back was told I had to call back I said I am requesting a call back they didn't call so I called next day left message no response. I called today asked to speak with Veronica the supervisor and I was questioned as to what was the nature of the call and I asked again if she was available so I could tell they were managing the calls I was placed on hold for a long time and she came to the phone and when I gave my name she said that she knew that I had already spoke with Alexa a couple of days ago and that nothing was going to change that my account had been closed and I replied that I had not opened an account with them and tried to explain but she cut me off and hung up on me so I called back and explain that I gave her the courtesy of listening to her and she owed me the same even though I did say that it was rude of her to tell me to let her talk and it appears that they needed to take a course in customer service being that they are the customer service department on how they treat their customers & not allow them to speak & constantly hang up on them. I will never do business again. I had to contact my bank & file a dispute
