On February 7, **** I visited your restaurant located at*** at approximately 4:14 pm. The young man that took my order was named ***** (according to the receipt). I entered the restaurant and placed my order, about two minutes later two men entered the restaurant ordering the same thing I ordered minus the sauce. My order came up first, once the customers that came in after me saw my order "tossed in sauce " one of them wanted that also. The employee proceeded to give my food to that customer. Once the next two orders came out (their orders) he proceeded to give the other customer his order and then called me last to give me the order minus the sauce. Once I tried to tell the employee that was the incorrect order he told me "it was all the same thing" I proceeded to tell him it was incorrect he told me he felt rushed by the other guys. I told him "it doesn't matter" and he said "I know people you need to chill out brah" At this point I felt threatened! I proceeded and said " I would love to meet them" I asked for a manager and he asked me why? I told him because he was making " death threats." He went to the back and started using profanity punching things. The manager came out and said he didn't know what to do and offered to refund me out of his own pocket. I told the manager I wanted my food and I told him about his employee threatening me, that's when the female associate working the drive through stepped in and started defending her coworker. I have never experienced customer service with a death threat and I was highly offended. I would like for you to respond to me with a reprimand of what action was taken against the way I was treated at your establishment.
