On 8/23/22, Sims-Lohman Fine Kitchens and Granite was contracted by my home warranty company (************************* Homes) to repair a kitchen island cabinet that was damaged by ************************* Homes during the building process. The cabinet looks amazing, but I noticed the next morning that there were deep scratches on the left door panel of my brand new black stainless steel refrigerator (the fridge sits directly in front of the cabinet that was repaired). I immediately reached out to home warranty again and they instructed me that damage done to appliances was not in their jurisdiction of coverage and to reach out to Sims-Lohman Fine Kitchens and Granite myself. The days and weeks to follow I made many many calls to ********************* at ************, leaving voice mails several times. Even after months of periodically calling, they've never picked up the phone at any of their extensions, nor do they reply to voicemails.I have no kids, animals, and we were already moved into the home. We purchased a trash cabinet in April 2021, from their Huntsville, AL location. The company installed, and came out once to readjust because cabinet would not close. This same problem has happened and have requested it to be fixed. I have contacted the company by phone, leaving messages, many times. I have texted the sales rep I ordered the cabinet from. I have driven to the store 3 times and each time no one is there. I have contacted the company to make an appointment to meet with them and no one has responded to make that appointment. The cabinet is 6 months old, didn't shut completely when installed, has been adjusted once and now needs to be adjusted again. We paid $467 for this one trash cabinet. We would like for them to fix their product.
