            Terrible customer service. Did not measure for materials correctly, installed metal over rotten wood. Instead of replacing wood like promised. Did not install metal or soffit correctly. Soffit blew off of house. Never finished job. Won't respond to calls, texts. Will not respond to BBB. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend!! *** Bragg does not have a business license, a contractors license, an LLC nor is he insured. He lied about all of it. He has taken advantage of multiple families that I know. Bad business. He sent his Dad to pay for a vent cover that he did not measure correctly. When I approached him regarding his lack of licenses and the mess he left me with, he told me that I could not touch his business.

            I worked on ****************** home and became very sick, in and out of hospital, I did at this time respond to her and answer her calls and texts and told her the situation and that I WOULD be back to finish the work until she told me that she no longer wanted me to come back and finish it. She was reimbursed for the wrongly ordered materials and because of my health, my finances got into bad shape, my father did help me reimburse her, though I don't see why it is relevant how she was reimbursed as long as she was and I made that part right. I do in fact have an LLC, she never asked me to see proof of that. I only quit responding to her and told her she couldn't touch my business AFTER she told me she did not want me to come back and continue work and after she began threats of sueing me. I do have proof of my LLC and all the messages exchanged between us if proof of that is needed to be seen please let me know. Thank you
