I can't say enough good things about ***************** from Hoover General Contractors. He's professional, patient, knowledgeable, and has made the process of my first home claim for repair/renovation go well. I've heard horror stories and want to give him and Hoover a shout-out! Thank you for making my home the best it can be. Because of *** and his crew, I'm recommending Hoover to everyone!

After my husband passed away I had to take over working with Hoover on a house fire repair on our rental home. I don't think I could have gotten thru it all without Reid's help. He not only did a great job on over seeing the repairs but was there to listen when I had bad days trying to cope. He kept me up to date on all that was going on and what to expect. Hoover General did a great job on my garage repair. Justin came out to do the initial inspection and quickly provided me with a detailed estimate. Reid coordinated the drywall repair, which was damaged by a pinhole leak in the wall near the water heater. He kept us informed of every step, and accommodated the special needs of my family. The subcontractors used *********** Plumbing, ****** Painting) were top notch - efficient and professional. They did better than restore the area to its former state - the framing, painting, and support of the water heater are better now than they were before the damage. I'm already planning more updates and repairs, and I'll be calling Hoover General.Hoover General Contractors, LLC Response
