Back in May 2021 I purchased top of the line windows. I payed a substantial down payment and was told my windows would be in toward the end of Aug. it would be sooner but . I never heard anything so I called my salesman he told me to call the lady in the office. I called her and she told me that the windows would be in Sept. Oct. same thing . So early Nov. I called again and wanted an answers on when the windows would be in so I was instructed to call the company that actually built the windows. I called and he informed me that the windows where not ordered until August 3 and at that point I was truly upset. The representative with Wincor talked with me in length telling me to correspond with him asking me to call him back in December. I called the windows were built and ready to ship. So UGG sent out subs to install. I was told at the time of the sale they would be UGG professionals that had gone threw classes. When I saw the crew I was very skeptical. One spoke english the rest not. When they left I went around, I had windows you could push out, barely hanging on. I spoke with a guy at UGG which did finely come to the rescue. The Salesman no longer returning calls job still incomplete. Very unsatisfactory!!!!! Still waiting.Business response
