I obtain Charlotte Christian law firm at or around September of 2023 to handle a child support modification. I was initially per contract asked to put a retainer down of $2500 and I did through money order. A couple of days later I was told their intake worker was wrong and that i needed to bring $1500 to the office and I did by money order. After Charlotte Christian law firm / ************************* received funds there was barely any activity on my account. He filed motion to represent me and an answer to a claim. I was told that a counterclaim was going to be filed and that never happened but I was charged, I was charged for communication with opposing party attorney but information or proof of communication was never turned over even after several times requesting. I was charged for several client communications that never took place. I have attempted to call and email regarding my discrepancy and for my information/file in which I paid for. The firm and or ************** have chosen to ignore me and my request. Charlotte Christian law took my money and cant produce what I have requested .Customer response

Charlotte Christian Law hasnt reached out to me in regards to my complaint. I am currently waiting for a response and or resolution. Thank you ******************;

To whom it may concern,
As of February 9, 2024 Charlotte Christian Law hasnt contacted me regarding my complaint through the Better Business Bureau nor through personal complaint that I filed or submitted directly to them. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with their failure to address this.

To date Feb 22, 2024 I have not spoken nor have Charlotte Christian Law attempted to contact me. I am not satisfied due to the fact that Charlotte hasnt contact me to discuss complaint or attempt resolution of billing discrepancy/ billing adjustment/ refund.
