On November 16, 2022, I wrote a check to Creative Containment in the amount of $8,073.00. I am requesting a partial refund. Since November, the fence has broken in four different places and on one side, some the fence posts are not cemented in the ground deep enough causing the fence to fall. I was promised a fence that would hold up for years but in the few months we have had it, it is falling apart. We scheduled for Creative Containment to begin building the fence in early September but it took them almost two months to start. Both gates have broken, the aluminum fence is detached from the wooden fence and there are several fence posts not cemented deep enough in the ground causing the fence to fall. It is currently being held up by a 2X4. We have also been waiting since November for Creative Containment to stain the fence but never got a call back.Initial Complaint

Creative Containment put up a wooden fence at *************************************************** (My rental property) in the Fall of 2022. Shortly after putting the wooden fence up, Creative Containment stained it. The stained fence looks bad. It has blotches of dark stains and blotches where it looks like the stain is missing. Around October of 2022, when the weather started getting colder, the owner ******* reached out to me about the stained fence issue after I made numerous calls to Creative Containment with the complaint about the stain. ******* informed me that because the weather was getting colder, they needed to wait until the weather warmed up to address the staining and that Creative Containment would get back with me as the weather warmed up. I told ******* that I understood and that would be fine. I also told ******* that I'm aware I still owe $1,000 for the stain but want it fixed first and he stated he understood and that he didn't want me to pay if I wasn't happy with the work. On 5 April 2023, I called Creative Containment about addressing the stained fence since the weather has warmed up. The person answering the phone told me ******* is not available, so I leave a message for him to call me. I call again on 20 April 2023 as I had still not gotten a response and I'm told again that ******* is not available, so I leave another message. Today is 8 May 2023 and I still have not gotten a response from Creative Containment.Initial Complaint

In June of 2021, we had a fence installed by Creative Containment for $6821 which was paid in full at the time of invoice on June 16th. By October of 2021, many of the boards on the fence were warping beyond a normal amount, so I contacted **** ***** to have him replace them. He sent me an email on November 2nd saying he would come out and fix them. After multiple emails and delays he finally came out on January 26, 2022 but was only able to complete half the job. He didn't return until March 9, 2022. May 9, 2022 I sent **** ***** another email letting him know more of the boards were warping and it was preventing us from being able to stain the fence. A reply was sent on May 20th stating he will fix the boards. On June 3rd, 10th, and 15th I send follow up emails to **** ***** asking when he will be able to come out. I do not receive a reply. The email that was sent on the 15th is replied by an automatic message stating that the email no longer exists or is not receiving messages anymore. I found another email address on their website and begin communicating with ****** ********. On June 16th, ******** tells me it will be a week before they can send someone out to replace the warped boards. June 23rd, someone comes out, but fixes less than half of the warped boards and installs some that are different lengths. I email ******** stating the the job was not completed and included pictures of some of the more obvious missed boards. Since then, over a dozen emails have been exchanged and three weeks have passed. The one time they told me they would come fix them (July 7) they did not show and did not follow up with me. July 12th I email ******** again and was told I would get a call from **** *****. I have not received that call.
