      We had been to Ashley Furniture a few times to shop for new bedroom and dining sets. We had picked our bedroom set, but since we are in the middle of a remodel we weren't ready to buy it quite yet. We decided to add on the matching media chest. Since we found it was on clearance we went to buy it before it was gone. We would have to buy the one on the floor, and the salesman cleared it off for us to take. We were there the last day of Feb, and the office manager would not let us buy it for the price on the tag. We also would have had to buy the protection plan that we did not want for an additional $99. The manager told us they had to meet a sales quota for the protection plan. We will not be back since they use deceptive pricing practices and hide additional fees.

      -5 stars! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE. I dealt with ************************* the manager with customer care. You cannot do returns and exchanges are heavily delayed. We were told by the manager that we could come exchange our dining room table that is absolute garbage for one that was actually functional. We rented a uhaul to go to the nearest store to exchange our table and were told they do not accept furniture or hold inventory. ****** then respecifies that we have to come to their warehouse which is south of ********** over 2 1/2 hours from our home or wait until after Christmas to have a dining room table. Weve waited close to a month dealing with their claims service and a technician trying to get a new table before hosting family for the holidays. Their customer care cannot do their job, the technicians who deliver absolutely **** because they cant put furniture together. Do NOT sign off on anything until youve checked every inch of your furniture. They stripped screws and the manufacturer didnt align the table to begin with. This furniture is absolutely garbage. The technicians also didnt properly install our dresser because when we had a contractor come out for repairs he said if he didnt come out to repair it, the dresser would have eventually bowed and broken from the weight because they didnt install the proper supports. The bed was also not aligned correctly in installation. Do your research. Youre better off ordering furniture elsewhere or on Amazon. At least other places accept returns because they value customer care and dont give you garbage to begin with.

      I just wanted to warn all future customers to give great consideration before making a final decision on a purchase from ***************************** Make sure you know exactly what you want, especially all accessories, as returns are not accepted in any way shape or form regardless of pristine condition. Make sure you take the time to read all of the fine print on their contract to have full knowledge. My purchase was a set of sheets, which have not been taken out of the original packaging, are in the original bag from the store, no damages to the packaging, and was left in my car for a week while I was attempting to make a return. I have tried to contact corporate and this is like looking for a needle in a haystack. After the fact, I have looked up customer reviews for AshleyHome Store and to my surprise there are hundreds of dissatisfied customers. I want to add my displeasure and hope that this "BUYER BEWARE" will help someone else.

      I ordered my furniture last 08/05/21. I paid cash $8000.00 but until now December 16, 2021 I don't receive any furniture I ordered except 2 mattresses. We went to the store many times but they said they don't know yet when they will deliver. And they said they will call us when they heard from the office. My children sleeping in the mattresses only and it's winter. And I'm paying interest on that $8000.00. I thought they will deliver after 8 weeks coz that's what they told us. Please help us.

      Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I paid $2000 in furniture that I have yet to receive and no one can give me answers of when I will. The manager is not helpful and is useless in getting you a solution. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

      DO NOT ORDER FROM ASHLEY HOMESTORE! Just DON'T DO IT!!

      I wouldn't even give them 1 start but you have to in order to leave a review. I Ordered a living room set in November 2020 of last year from Ashley Store in Florence Al. Was told it would take 6-18 weeks to come in. They assured me it would come in on time if not the could order it from another source. Never came in. Keep in mind NO one ever calls you back about anything!! Took off 3 different times that was suppose to be delivered. They Ended up sending only half of my order so I finally told them to cancel it June 2021. Now they won't even refund my down payment....
