I visited this location on 2/18/22 at about 2:30pm and attempted to pump air into my tire per the instructions listed. I spent over $4 using the machine that clearly wasn't pumping air into my tire. Although flat there was no air at all after 2 payments. I was treated extremely rudely and made to wait while others were served in the store due to the cashier's bad attitude while he yelled "IM BUSY" as I was waiting for what I guessed was only $2 offered back for the broken machine and my attempts. I was becoming late clocking back in from lunch and was made to wait until another cashier walked me outside and called the owner. He ignored me asking for the money offered back and continued to speak on his cellphone until he handed it to me and made me speak with the owner who had no idea what was going on, making me even later. I informed him I would report this incident and handed the phone back. I asked the owners name and was refused while the cashier waved his hand in my face, I referenced the report again and he suddenly handed me $2. The pump is incorrectly advertised as working still, and nothing came of the almost 30 minute visit to the store.Business response
