      I bought granite from this company, a full backsplash and countertop. They miss measured and instead of taking it back and recutting the rock the worker decided to take a saw and saw down the side of my doorfacing it was supposed to be flush with. I looks terrible and he filled gaps with caulk. They beat up and scratched up my brand new cabinets and it has a big seam down the middle on one side of kitchen that I was not expecting. I called and tried to speak to manager multiple times and was told he would return my call but has never.

      On July 9, 2021, I paid a deposit of 801.78 for Luna Pearl granite countertops and the Blanco granite sink for my kitchen. They originally promised that the installation would be finished in 2-4 weeks. It's been an incredibly long ordeal that would be too long to fit in this form, but the main point is that they haven't finished the installation and they aren't returning my calls or emails. I am still waiting for the installation of the granite I originally ordered and a sink (that isn't the original but one that I okayed as a substitute due to size issues). Please feel free to call me for further details or I can send previously recorded audio files as documentation.

      Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2021/11/01) */ We finished the Job for Mrs. **** on 10/14/21 She approved the different sink. We communicated on several occasions regarding her issues. We made sure that Mrs. **** was ok with the changes before we completed the job. We have apologized many times for the issues and she was happy upon the completion. She currently still has a balance with us. Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2021/11/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) they are charging me more than the agreed upon price.

      I ordered all my new countertops from them. They came out did the Templets. But when it was time to install the tops they didn't bring half of them and the ones they brought some was wrong or damaged. It took forever for them to fix what they did. When they left and I paid them one piece is broke and island top is chipped. They said they would fix now none of them will answer my calls I've tried texting and calling.

      Consumer Response /* (3000, 6, 2021/10/11) */ The owner did contact me. The issue has been addressed and fixed. I hate I had to file a complaint to get it resolved. But it is fixed and we're happy they did the right thing.
