I have a contract with Berkley Services to renovate a home beginning January 2022. The first several months the company did a great job - showed up every day - made meaningful progress. At the end of May, the contractor and his sub-contractors disappeared and made no meaningful progress for about three months. During this time we identified multiple issues with the work that had been done (spackling over light fixtures, spackling on new kitchen cabinets not cleaned up and ruining finish, wrong shelves installed in closets, torn out vanity backing instead of clean cuts, vanity top at a skewed angle on vanity, bathroom fixtures installed differently than agreed-to, etc.) There was no communication and no update on when work would begin again. A new subcontractor started showing up again in August, but only for a few weeks and has disappeared again. None of the fixes to existing issues have been fixed. Learned last week that plumbing is not to code. Now 8 days since anyone at Berkley Services has responded to my texts or phone calls.Review from Richard O

Met me at location for work and did extensive review of work needed to our church. Said I would get quote in few days and also would help me with other work needed. 5-6 weeks later...no quote....no contact....my calls go unanswered.....no contact at all. Would not recommend to waste your time.
