CAUTION HOME OWNERS!!!!! Please take the short amount of time to read this review in entirety. This serves to hopefully save the lay individuals like me from experiencing the terrible nightmare over the past 6 months we have suffered from by using **** Taylor as a contractor. ****** ** *** ***** *** *********** ************ ** ***** ******* ** ********** **** * ***** ****** ** ****** *** ***************** ** ** **** ****** ****** **** ** ****** ************* This was filed in September 2023. What this initially means to individuals who sign a contract with him, there is ZERO incentive for **** to do any kind of acceptable job, or to even complete the projects. He is protected from being sued since he has filed chapter 11, so you cannot get any financial compensation for failure to complete or the quality of the job. We purchased the house and had the remodeling done before moving in. Initially, **** had a good talk, and appeared knowledgeable about remodeling. We contracted for a complete kitchen remodel, refinishing all the hardwoods in the house, scraping the popcorn ceilings and paint, I will try to wrap this up. There is not ONE single project that **** did not either damage, took multiple times to correct, or was left completely unfinished. He WILL lie to you many many times, damage your home, not care at all about the quality of the jobs performed, not finish remotely on time, often cease communication for days at a time, be delayed over, and inflate all costs (** ** ***** **** ** ***********. Again, this is to hopefully save someone the mental anguish, disgust, and regret from using **** Taylor. Youve been warned.

I apologize for this and take responsibility for how this job went and wish share what is being done to rectify this situation. This job did not get completed with the communication and attention to detail that was expected, and which we are known for and Im sorry. I am ultimately responsible, and I own it. I took on too much work and I did not give the level of attention required. Going forward I am more closely monitoring the workload to let this not happen again, and have taken a much more active role in the project management and double checking the work being performed. I will be implementing scheduled updates as well as setting a policy for how quickly replies and updates are executed to make sure everyone is updated of changes and progress. I am actively pursuing *** and **** to ensure that everything is completed and to their satisfaction. My commitment is to have the job done completely and fully and am actively seeking their guidance in what that looks like to them and how we can accomplish this in a way that is satisfactory to them.
