Dyer Home Inspection Services (DHIS) was an obvious choice for me! After finding DHIS on the BBB and ************************* of ********* Home Inspectors, I checked customer reviews and the business website. After viewing DHIS's sample inspection report, I immediately called to find out more and schedule a home inspection. ******* was absolutely accommodating to both me and the home's owner. He thoroughly inspected my future home and gave me confidence to approach the current owner with valid problems to correct before the closing. My peace of mind is secure because of DHIS's inspection! I highly recommend DHIS and encourage everyone to reach out to this professional when in need of a home inspection.

******************* was prompt when we needed a home inspection quickly before closing, and submitted a thorough report the same day. Dyer Home Inspection Services (DHIS) provided excellent review/analysis/recommendations on critical issues related to by new home. ************, DHIS' representative, was very knowledgeable about every aspect of my new home. He found things that the builder missed, i.e., lack of hot water in one specific area of the home, lack of HVAC functionality in certain areas of the home. The builder was very appreciative of **************** expertise and sought his advice for solutions, which ************ was quick to oblige. ************ was professional, showed up on time and provided a detailed 62 page report on my new home. The builder requested a copy of **************** report (which I provided) so that they would have road map to ensure the home met all the appropriate standards, both legally and homeowner preferences. I strongly recommend DHIS and I can honestly state that DHIS SERVICES WERE WORTH MORE THAN I PAID!Review from Misty H.
