In March of 2024 I made and appointment with Huntsville Mens Clinic. I was experiencing several issues that I thought they could help me with. I went to the appoibment with an open mind. I met with the staff and blood tests were taken. The Nurse Practitioner and Urologist met with me and discussed that my testosterone levels were very low. This was provided verbally by the staff I was given no documentation. I shared all my health issues to include that I was under the care of a cardiologist for high blood pressure, rapid heartbeat. I was assured that the treatments were safe; however, I should share this with my cardiologist and my personal doctor. I was sold a 1-year contract of which approximately $660 was placed on my flexible spending account and the remainer would be paid over 12 months at $200 per month on my **** check card. I started treatments. I reached out to my personal physician and made an appointment to talk to him about my decision. This took about a month.Once I met with my personal physician, he asked that I immediately stop the treatments given to me my Huntsville mens clinic and he gave me a letter to give to them recommending that all treatments stop. During my next appointment I shared with the Huntsville Mens clinic urologist. He immediately said that I could be let out of my contract. He was obviously agitated which let me to believe he was not accustomed to patients questioning the validity of the treatment and actually knew that there were potential health dangers. I provided the letter to the staff and was told that no further payments would be required. That was not the case. My **** Check card was charged $200 in May and was about to be charged another $200 in June. I spoke to the staff on June 5, 2024 and I believe the payment was stopped. However, I asked that the $200 from May be returned as well. The staff claimed I would be contacted by the corporate office later that day. I was not.Initial Complaint

I went to Huntsville mens clinic on 11/22 to find out what my T levels were. I was told my levels were down and it could be treated with testosterone injections. I was asked to sign a contract to with the Clinic for a year and was led to believe the contract would cover testosterone as well as ** ********* My initial visit was $254.98 and I was told it would be every month after that for a year *****, the RN gave me three samples of ** ******** told me to try them to find out which one worked best for me so that I could get a prescription for that particular ******** leading me to believe that the future prescription would be part of the program otherwise why would they give me samples. when I went back to the clinic I told them I liked the ****** the best and asked for a prescription. I was told in order to receive ** prescriptions. I had to sign a second contract on top of the original contract meaning I would be paying $254 plus whatever the new contract stipulates. This was not told to me on my initial visit so, and in fact was led to believe the opposite, I decided I wanted to cancel my contract. I contacted HFA, which is the place that financed my contract and they said they are OK with canceling it, as long as ***** at the clinic authorized it. HFA called me back and let me know that ***** will not authorize contract cancellation. My initial visit with Huntsville mens clinic led me to believe that everything would be included such as office visits, testosterone, and any ** ******** needed, the whole reason why I went to Huntsville mens clinic was because of **. I thought the only thing that could cause it was low testosterone. I wasnt asking for the ******** itself. I was asking for a prescription that I would pay for at the pharmacy and yet they refused. They said I had to use their pharmacy and sign a contract to get, any type of ** ********* I had to cancel my bankcard and order another because they are trying to take out monthly payments.Initial Complaint

They rope you into paying for 6 months up front and say you can cancel anytime. The staff tell you they will call you once a month to pick up your refills, but that is a lie. You have to call them every month to get the refill and it still takes two weeks to get it. Forget about canceling because the never return your calls. Then, come to find out later, the manager ******, told the receptionist that they wont be credting back your money but couldn't call himself. Just want my money back for the last three months because I have to fight with them every month just to get the refills I prepaid for.Initial Complaint

I went for a trail examine and test to with their no how. They gave me medicine to take home for trail. That I told I had tried and was not happy with. they helped me with the paperwork. Told me this was 1 week trail. When I got home and got my glasses on, seen what they had done. I called to cancel.
