I would just like to say what a pleasure it was to deal with this company. Start to finish the workmanship, pride, and communication was OUTSTANDING. I had a wonderful experience with Motorcity Detailing. ***** was very professional, answered all my questions quickly, and was able to accommodate my schedule. He was also able to schedule me for an appointment very quickly. Unfortunately, my car sustained some mold and mildew from a leak. Cheverolet repaired it and recommended Motorcity Detailing to me. Right from the initial phone call up till picking up my car I felt comfortable with this company. ***** was concerned about me riding in a vehicle that contained mold. He had me bring the car to his shop vs him coming to me. He was concerned about the temperature and rain that was coming. He wanted to ensure it dried properly. Now that's outstanding business! He's caring, compassionate, considerate and that was above and beyond the call of duty. He could've cleaned it and not cared what happened. But NO! NO! NO! Not ***** this man has integrity!!!!! He has heart ?? I got a full ***** cleaning service done. My exterior was covered in tree sap. When I picked it up I never saw such a rich shine filled with luster and the depth of color was never like that before. My car feels smooth as glass, its so clean, it smells amazing, and that ugly mold is gone. I cant get over how he has my interior seats, dash, visors, console, floor, door panels, handles and tires spotless and looking brand new. I'm blown away!! My car looks and feels better than when I purchased it. Upon pickup he took the time to explain everything he did in detail and I am very happy with the experience.
