      I was double charged for a surgical procedure by Women4Women and have not been issued a refund. I had the procedure more than 12 months ago in January 2023, but have been in a back an forth with the billing department mainly since December 2023. Back in January 2023, I was charged $1100 to my credit card for a surgery that was then billed to and covered by my HSA. When I called for a refund, they told me it would take several months, and to not call back, they would call ME when my refund was available to see if I wanted it mailed or for pick up. I waited patiently until the end of the year and when I was fed up, I called again in December only to be told they had no record of my refund and they had changed who was in charge. The nice lady then boldy lied to me and said I would have my money in 6-8 weeks. It is now just hours before MARCH 1ST well over the promised timeline. I have called since then just to be put off, dismissed, and lied to by members of the billing *********** me false deadlines. I am very patient and polite with these team members as I know they are humans too, but I am simply done waiting around and have chosen to take action against this business. It is embarrassing to keep someone waiting this long for a refund, and worse to continue to lie about when it is coming and move the deadline each time I call.

      3-27-2024 Pcole of BBB spoke with the office manager, ********************************* regarding your refund. She said the check was written and held at the front desk waiting for your pick up on 3-13-2024. Yesterday, 3-26-2024, they mailed your check since you never picked it up. 

      Please advise the BBB when you receive the check.
