My daughter was referred to Nesin Therapy by our doctor. I received a **** one year later wanting payment for services. I attempted to contact office and was told so sorry our insurance person wasn't doing her job and no longer with them due to poor insurance duties and now getting bills out. While we went I noticed I was not getting EOBS from insurance so at schedule visit I asked about it and was told it had been filed and insurance was paying. I asked several times because I could not pay a huge ****. We changed insurance at one point and I called several times to inquire if our new insurance would cover visits and went a few more times and because I still wasn't seeing eobs with new insurance I called office and was told it had been filed when I explained I was concerned because I could not pay if insurance was not covering this the office person then told me she would look into it. I called several times and never could get her to call me back so I gave up and never scheduled anymore appointments. Imagine my surprise when 1 yr later I receive a **** wanting payment. I called and was told insurance person was not doing her job and they were having issues and that was what the huge delay was. Finally 1 year later after calling office to talk about the ****-they finally **** first insurance and received payment. They should have second insurance that I provided them over a yr ago. I feel after all this and the fact I kept asking about eobs and was given wrong information or lack of follow up from Nesin this is not good customer service and the fact they waited 1 yr to decide they want payment then after finally filing insurance to first insurance 1 year later. I even explained in the beginning I had been laid off due to Covid and could not pay any big medical bills and office person said she understood and she would not let it get to the point of being a huge ****. If they do not have 2nd insurance info I will be more then happy to provide it once again.
