I live in the Willows at **************. My complaint is about the builders **************** , ******************* head of the *** and Hughes property that manages our development. I pay yearly *** fees and the common property is not mowed or kept healthy especially behind the pool . Weeds and very little grass gross so high in season that it attracts rodents and is a health hazard . Our pool was not cared for and is a dark green color .It isn't open and at present I can not use it as promised to me when I bought my pool ! I would not have bought in this community if I thought the builder , and the property *** would not maintain our development . *************************Business response

******************,
Hughes Properties under the direction of the Declarant and HOA ************** contacted the pool company back in April to schedule the pool opening. This was set to take place on May 13th. There was a delay but the pool has been cleaned and was opened on May 23rd. Hughes Properties does not make any decisions with out the input and guidance from the advisory board and or the declarant per our management contract.
As to the common grounds the HOA Administrator has already contacted the grounds contractor to maintain the designated areas.
If you need anything else please contact the HOA Administrator at **************************************************************.
Thank you

This company has the worst customer service. We just got informed that the pool will not be open because the company failed to winterize it and now it has to be completely drained and cleaned. Our community was told we could either do it ourselves or they could and our HOA fees would go up. Isnt this what our HOA fees are supposed to go toward? Now we have to pay because they failed to do their job. They refuse to call anyone back or respond to emails. They are filtering calls through a call service.Business response

I wanted you to know as well that I never received this or the other one from your office.
We have communicated with this owner over the last 2 weeks. She began calling after hours and over the weekend which was her first contact to us. We responded the following Monday, May 15th. Since then myself and the HOA administrator have communicated with her. The declarant also responded to her. As stated in the other complaint the pool is open and it was winterized. We have the invoices those were paid. Again we do not do anything with out the approval of the board and or declarant who in this instance still has control over the **** Hughes Properties per our contract does not hire nor negotiate any vendor contracts. The pool was delayed by only a week. Most of the pools do not open until Memorial Weekend.
Most often the answers they receive *** not be want they want to hear but we did respond. The annual dues are not going up because of the pool and we have never stated that nor have we advised the community of that.
If you need anything further please advise.
Thank you
