I took my 08 mercury to Davids Radiator & A C Repair. My ac was not working. It would go from cold to hot. I first took my car to him in august of 22. When i got my car back it was not fixed. I took it back on 9-29-22 for the same problem. I paid ****** this time. I returned in 10-5-22 for the same problem i paid him ******. Again i was told my car was fixed. It being cool weather i could not tell if my ac was working or not .Now that its getting warmer an I need my AC its still not working. Doing the same thing i had it in the shop for. I would like to be refunded what I paid since the car was not fixed an I'm having to carry it to another shop for the same repairs. I have my receipts for these repairs.Business response

***************** came in left the car the 1st time we told him an his son that we programed the controls that it may have other problems then he brought it back an we changed the hvac control module an took off the money for the first bill an he hadn't contacted me since we give 90 days on labor 1 year on part so i work on his son car and grandkids cars so they know we would have taken care of itCustomer response

We returned on 9-29-22 with the same problem. Paid you another 205.00 Returned again on 10-5-22 for the same problem. I paid you another ****** that is with the ****** dollars took off. You knew there was a problem with the ac not being fixed. You were told of the problem because i spoke with you.Customer response

I have not heard no more about my complaint. I've carried my car to another shop. ***** told me to find another *********'ve spent another ****** to fix the *** I would not recommend this garage and this complaint has not resolved..

The repairs that the other shop done was different. But it was related to the *** An fixed it. *****'s did not fix it but kept charging me for repairs.if he didn't know what was wrong he should have to me.finally after paying him he told me to find another garage.thats not the way you do bussiness
