I did an application with this company and because I shared my experience on a ****** review the owner took upon herself to put my personal business, that I had on the application and that I shared with her employee in private, under a reply for the world to see without my permission. I hope her reply shows the world who she truly is and also confirms what I said under my review. This is the most unprofessional thing I have experienced in my 34 years. I never in a million years would have expected this type of behavior from not only a business owner but someone who is suppose to help people find housing not make fun of people in need. Please dont share your personal information with this company. They will exploit you for leaving HONEST FEEDBACK.

Ms. *** was unhappy about the process that we go through for the background checks. She claimed that the process was not fully explained to her; however, we attach the Rental Policy to each Application as well as explain to them the process prior to payment and submission. We answered all of her questions regarding the process and sorry that she is unhappy. We are glad to talk with her about making adjustments in the future.

Love working with ******** and *******. They both are excellent communicators and will do whatever it takes to make sure their clients are successful. I would definitely recommend them for their property management services!!!

Sadly. We wanted to do business with this company and applied for a place. Sadly once approved they called to inform us that the place we applied for was already gone and blamed us for not sending in all of our paperwork on time. Sadly, according to ******** she had sent us everything that she needed in a list in her email however this isn't true she sent us a rental policy form and sent a rental application. She neglected to inform us that she needed 2 months of bank statements and our IDs to begin the application process. Had we known everything we were supposed to send in we would have. After calling us to tell us we were approved and that property was gone she tried to put us in something that was over $300 more expensive. I explained we could not afford that and that we were going to be homeless next week and she said our application said that we were applying for a completely different property and we weren't. She knew this and neglected to tell her processor. I have mental health issues so when I couldn't deal with the situation I got upset. After getting off the phone with the processor ******** called me and began to berate me. I assumed this was due to the fact that we are a gay married couple (apparently it is not and that's good) However upon informing ******** that I had mental health issues she completely dismissed them and thanked me for "putting that into writing" like she was going to use it against us in some way. Seems like being mentally ill is a protected status I'm not sure. It kind of ***** though now we are going to be on the street because of this whole situation as we do not have time or money to get anything else. I wish things had gone better. I gave 3 stars to be generous but honestly you can't treat the mentally ill like that and think it's okay.

I have maintained all interactions with this potential renter to show that this is all untrue. This potential renter reached out to me directly instead of going through the office. I was not in my office at the time and forwarded him an application through email. We told him by phone the items that he needed to add to his file - Id, SS Card, proof of income and $45 per adult (which was not paid). His application was run despite the nonpayment. When it was sent in, it was not clear which unit he wanted. When he was contacted, a deposit had just been taken on the unit he was interested in and he was offered another one. He then accused us of not renting to them because they are two males together (which I did not even pay attention to nor cared). In addition, I told him that it wouldn't bother me as I have a family member married to a male. When that did not work, he accused us of discriminating based upon his mental health condition. I told him that I would not have known about it unless he disclosed it as he had just done in writing. So we have it all in writing and there was no discrimination as the knowledge of his status came after this interaction. And he was NOT denied on his application - the unit he wanted was unavailable. He was angry with US and accusing US of making him homeless even after offering him something else.

******** is a horrible person . I have been paying month to month for a year because she is never in office for me to resign it . Evicted me and gave me no reason . Then is making me pay **** in 7 days and still get evicted . She has neighborhood snitches that calls the cops on you for just about everything a security guard that lives in the complex that harrass my whole family and she will not answer the phone or answer the door . She refused to send my w9 form to my dhr worker to help me with my bills and also she has a horrible attitude when she dont get what she wants or if you can me to her complaining about anything

**************** is upset because she received a notice of nonpayment. She has not paid her rent since June 2022 as indicated on the notice. The security guard that lives on the premises views who comes and goes and we have warned **************** of her unauthorized occupants - not visitors. This is the reason we have not renewed her.

The woman that runs this business is horrible to her tenants. She makes fun of them and demeans them when they have an issue. If there is a legitimate maintenance concern she will not fix it. When I lived here I had non stop issues and she was nothing but rude. The ****** reviews tell it all! The BBB needs to handle this

We do not have a tenant or past tenant by this name unless he was living as an unauthorized occupant with another resident. Regarding maintenance, we have a maintenance dispatcher who dispatches maintenance calls to the appropriate contractor. Tenants often believe that the issue needs to be fixed that day but it often cannot due to required estimates, owner approvals, and contractor schedules. I am also glad to discuss issues with tenants if they find that they are not getting service quick enough.
