            I secured a rental home with a one-year lease from Rosenblum Realty in **********, **. The lease was for one year Oct 31, 2022, through Oct 31, 2023. I placed a $1,650.00 security deposit with the first month's rent. After one year, the lease was not renewed, leasee performed all move-out items under the lease; however, the property management company failed to issue a refund of the security deposit. Serval attempts via phone were made to request the status of the security deposit. No resolution. Under the **************** Law, a *************************** must issue a return of security deposit within 60 days or pay the tenant double the amount of the deposit. Rosenblum has failed to do so, and the company has not provided any correspondence citing why. This is a voliation of tenant/landlord and State laws.

            My husband and I have purchased two homes and sold one through Rosenblum. Patti ****** was the realtor we used. She is phenomenal. During our first home purchase, Mrs. Patti was out of the country on a mission trip with her church. There was an issue with the inspection and, even though she was gone, she continued to make phone calls, answer emails, and do everything in her power to make sure my husband and I were able to purchase our home. The second home purchase/selling of our first home went a lot smoother. My husband and I were both extremely anxious about selling and purchasing at the same time. Mrs. Patti was available to answer questions via phone or text all hours of the day. She never made me feel like it was an imposition on her or that the question I was asking was unintelligent. We went to Mrs. Patti as a referral from a friend and would and have highly recommended her and Rosenblum to anyone who has asked.
