DONT MOVE TO THIS PLACE PLEASE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING!!!! RUNNNNN DONT SIGN A LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! THIS IS A PLACE OF H*** MAINTENANCE PLAY ALL DAY AND TAKE HIS TIME DONT FIX NOTHING!!!!OFFICE DONT PICK UP THE ***** TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING IN THIS COMPLEX!!! ***** INFESTED!!!NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT OR THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED OR ONEReview from Mh H

I moved here in September 2021 and I regretted it ever since I've moved in.. I called the office that day and asked if it was ready to move in, one of them told me it was and I came to the office... the landlord had the nerve to tell me that she didn't have time to check the apartment to make sure it was READY TO MOVE IN before I signed the lease but it was too late because I had nowhere else to go and the landlord was explaining to me about the lease, laughed and said if I didnt feel comfortable, I had 60 days to move out.... she KNEW I wasn't going to feel comfortable living in this apartment due to me being hearing impaired. Landlords do NOT take care of their tenants like they should and maintenance team are not doing their jobs when it comes to fix issues nor do they come on time either. They always takes forever to come and fix it. I've reported issues to the landlords 3 or 4 times a week since I've been here and nothing has been taken care of and I am EXHAUSTED. I have proofs of so many calls I made to the office and they would tell me they would send somebody over to look at the issue but they never showed up on time. Why they don't have 24 hrs emergency calls? I don't understand. This never happened to me in 17 yrs I have been living on my own. Other apartments I used to stay in were no problems nor did they make me feel uncomfortable either. This place makes me feel so uncomfortable and I hate this feeling. It's really affecting me and my mental health but I am still praying and hanging in there until I get out of this h*** place so I can move to where I feel comfortable, secure and at peace.. its very sad that I can't invite my family and friends over because I dont want them to feel what I've been feeling. This place has been putting me in a VERY deep depression and I do NOT recommend this place nor do I want others to move here because of landlords and maintenance not taking care of us!!!!!! I am exhausted. Please do something about this!!!!
