      Ordered food online for pickup. When I returned home with order there were 3 out of 5 items missing. When I called for a refund or to come get the items I was called a liar and hung up on.

      We do apologize for our guest's experience and would like to make it right.
      On August 9th, 2024 at 3:11pm we received instore an online order.  We began preparing the order.  We receive two copies of the order one for the bag and one for the kitchen.  We placed the receipt for the bag on the bag, and and began preparing the order in the kitchen counter.  Once we stapled the order on the bag we placed the box with the 3 cookies in the bag and discovered that we did not have the flavor chips that was selected so we were waiting for the guest to arrive and let them choose what flavor they wanted as a substitute. When the order was finished and the customer arrived he was handed his bag.  My team member did not check to make sure he got everything.  when the guest realized he did not receive everything he called the store and let my manager know that he was missing some items.  My manager who filled the order said he was sure he put the cookies in the bag but that we were out of stock on the flavor of chips he requested.  The customer said that he saw the box but no cookies were in it.  The guest asked if he could come back and get the missing items and the manager said yes.  We don't recall him asking for a refund. Anyway, The customer never came in to get the missing items.  About three hours later the customer called in with the same complaint and the team member told him yes he could come in and also the manager was there and expecting him. He never came in.
      We have since refunded his money for the missing items in the same form of payment that they were paid and called and offered him a free regular sub for his troubles.
