Fire the rude, unprofessional receptionist!!I missed a call from cabana wax (on Hwy 72) while I was ******* to get there for my **** appointment. I called them back 2 minutes later stating I was on the way. The receptionist told me they can do what services the time would allow but still be charged 50% for running late. I agreed that was fair. She seemed mad that I was ok with it & hung up. When I got there she proceeded to tell me how disrespectful I am for taking up an hour of the employees time and that someone else couldve had my spot in front of *********** friend who was there for the first ever (so she was super shocked by it all). Uncalled for! She didnt know that my work hours on the ambulance were 5pm-5am the night before/this morning, why I needed the **** ***** *** was exhausted already which is why I was late. Also I didnt need a whole hour for my services because I was getting a modified wax job done like always. I actually got everything done less than 30 minutes. I told the lady who waxed me that I was truly sorry, why I was late, I didnt need the whole hr, & that I usually tip really well. The lady that did the services was very nice & professional. I went to pay at said receptionist. She gave me the modified total, I paid & tipped the lady. I told the receptionist that I tried to be on time, that I apologized for me being late which in fact didnt negatively effect ******* *** didnt appreciate her being so rude especially in front of my friend who now didnt know if she should get waxed there. The receptionist said well she does have to be here. So I told her to cancel hers then. She canceled hers and charged her 50% when it was in fact her fault! I went back to ask her what the owners number is. She said she cant tell me. I asked for a managers number she said there isnt one. She tells me I can respond to the confirmation text. I said isnt that you, why would I do that? She said yes & laughed. Very unprofessional. Lost our business!
