      Details of transaction: - transaction date was September 13, 2021 - Amount $7900.00 - Provide an in ground storm shelter - Dispute - storm shelter is defective (leaks ground water and is now full of water) and the manufacturer has promised to replace it but the installer Lifesaver Storm Shelter will not contact us to swap out the defective shelter. - Problem resolution - the manufacturer has tried to fix it three times but he admits that it can't be fixed and will swap it out but the seller / installer will not contact us to set an install date. It has been almost 2 years and we still can't use our storm shelter. - There is no order number

      I have contacted the Storm *************** on Friday the 1st but have not had a response from the company. I am very unsatisfied with the lack of service from this business.

      We have tried on numerous occasions to retrieve Proof of shelter acquisition/installation cost (invoice with a zero balance) from this company. We had the tornado shelter installed in January and need this invoice to receive the tax credit on the shelter. We have called, text, emailed, left message after message and the company has failed to reach out to us. I would like this info sent to me by email at ******************** as soon as possible please. We paid a portion down and the balance on the date of installation. I have copy of both checks.

      I contacted Danny ********* with Lifesaver Storm Shelters of North Alabama originally in January of 2021. He was supposed to install an underground storm shelter. We paid a $2000 deposit. He told us he would be able to install in a reasonable time but he had 6 customers ahead of me. He told us he usually installed one a day at least but he should be able to install ours within 3 to 4 weeks. 10 days later I sent a message to him to check on the status and he said he was only able to install 2 shelters in those 10 days and still had several ahead of me and he would give me a call when he got closer. 10 days later I sent him another message letting him know I was not rushing him, but I wanted to check on the progress. He was vague in his response and stated weather had been an issue and he was unable to work every day but he would be in touch. I waited 3 weeks and reached out again. He did not respond in text but he called and explained the rain was holding everything up and he could not install an underground shelter do to ground conditions and he was behind and had to work out of town because he couldn't work in North Alabama. I reached out again 10 days later and he did not respond. A week later and with continued dry weather, I reached out again to let him know we would need to find another shelter company and to please refund our $2000. He called me and said he would get us installed very soon. We finally decided to change to an above ground shelter and we agreed to install at a later date. We are now over a year later, we started again in January to arrange an above ground shelter and he was responsive initially but has stopped responding to my calls or messages. He did talk to my contractor and told him we could find someone else if we wanted to... I would like a refund of my $2000 so I can find another shelter contractor to do business with and finally get a shelter installed over a year later.

      We payed a deposit of $2000 to Lifesaver Storm Shelters of North Alabama on March 12th, 2021 to install a LIFEGUARD (in-garage floor) storm shelter. We worked directly with Danny ********* We were told the storm shelter should be able to be installed by June. I called several times in July and was finally told it would still be another month. In September, I called again and was told again it would still be a while as they were running behind due to the wet weather and he did not have an install date. We discussed that our site would be too wet if not installed by the end of October and we would cancel our order if not installed by October 31st. I called again several times in November requesting to cancel our order. I was finally able to get a hold of Danny on Nov 22. We discussed refunding our $2000 deposit, which Danny agreed to, as they would be unable to install our storm shelter. He said he would get the deposit back to us via certified mail after Thanksgiving. We agreed the deposit would be returned no later than December 10th, 2021. I still have not received our deposit back and have left several messages over the past 2 weeks which have not been returned. We would like to have our deposit refunded as agreed to.
