I bought 3 gift cards for the Black Friday sale in which they advertised to spend $50 and receive a $100 gift card. I was charged three times ($100 each) and then $150 for a total of $450, thus being charged twice. I've been emailing back and forth with them for over a week, and they finally said that they can't locate the transactions, even with providing the transaction #s. I received a text that said that somebody would contact me, but they haven't. I called today and was transferred to 3 people, all who could not help me. I was on hold for over 10 minutes, supposedly waiting on a supervisor before I finally hung up. I want to be refunded $300 and feel that I am also owed more from all the time and effort wasted in trying to rectify their mistake.I have attached the receipts that show the transaction numbers and also screenshots from my credit card statement.Customer response

The manager at the ********** location, ***** called me on 12/21 at 2:11 p.m. She supposedly refunded me $300 via my credit card; however, my credit card does not reflect that.
