Date of the transaction: 9/9/2023, Amount Paid: $27.24, business committed to provide me with a dress, the nature of dispute is: the sale of associated order a dress for me on the 9 of Sep, I called on the *********************************************************************************************************************************************************** the shipment on Monday, I ask would it be possible for her to ensure me that my dress would be in on Monday the 25 and she said she didn't know being they were have issue, so I ask could she check around to see if any of the other stores had one and she did and she told me she had one and I asked could I get that one, and she told me she would put my name on the dress and it would be at the counter, I told her I would be there Friday morning at 9:30 and she said they didn't open until 10:00 and I said okay see you at 10:00-10:30. I got to the store around 10:15 asked for my dress and purchase other items, she told me my total was $***** and I asked why was it ***** and she told me I had to pay again for a dress I had already purchased (which make no sense to me). I spoke to someone at CORP and she told me that was policies that I pay for the dress again and when the dress come into their store that I order from them to come to their store in their shippment, I can come back and get it taken off of my card (when it's easier to just put the dress in their inventory when it come into their store. I asked for a refund and was told I could not get a refund until the dress comes in (and they don't want to give me cash which I paid, but a store gift card), so how is that fair to me that I have to pay for a dress again that I don't have and I order the dress for a event and don't even have the dress.
