  On April 19, last Friday, I parked my car near our apartment because I dont have a parking decal, but my girlfriend does. We were preparing for a trip to ***********, **, for Easter weekend. I left the engine running and hazard lights on while I went inside to grab our bags, telling my girlfriend to watch my car as she was throwing away trash nearby. She then called to say a tow truck was trying to tow my car with her inside. I rushed outside to find my car lifted with her still in it. I explained to the tow truck driver that I parked there due to visitor parking being too far; he was uncooperative. Rather than escalate the situation, I said I would call the police. The driver agreed to wait, but when my girlfriend exited the car, he jumped into his truck before the police arrived.I contacted the apartment complex, and they confirmed theres no time limit for loading and unloading. They also thought the situation was absurd. I texted the tow company with evidence of my actions and questioned how they could tow a running car with its hazard lights on. They said they needed to hear from their boss due to conflicting stories.The next day, I went to retrieve my ID and debit card, as I had no access to money. I handed over my keys, and the guy I had been messaging went to get my car but falsely claimed it was blocked in. I then saw the tow truck driver raising my hood and learned my battery was dead, as the engine had been running with the hazard lights on. The driver lied about my engine not being on when he towed it multiple times. I requested them each to watch the security camera footage, but never received a response. When I told them I was going to called the cops to the scene. They even threatened me to raise the price even more to about $390. And I said I dont care because I never lied about anything I said. They have the screenshots of my messages about my departure and when I called the police. I was still forced to pay $250 to reclaim my car.

  This company is awful they need to be shut down! They repossessed my car last week my purse was left in my car and when I went to recover my car the next day they had trashed my car went through my purse and took $80 cash leaving me with $2 dollars they also took my prescription controlled substance suboxen strip medication. I have to have that medication and my count has to be right when I go to the doctor or I will get in trouble with the doctor office and it could possibly lead to them taking my medication away. They took phone chargers as well! No one will call me back they just sent me a text saying what do you want I want my **** money back and medication. I have given them a couple of days to call me back and remedy the situation but they refuse to do so so I will be filing a police report tomorrow against them $80 may not be a lot to them but it is a lot to me! And it was mine not theirs to take!

  Cam me by yesterday stole my jeep,said it was being repo. called loan company they said did not have a repo on it. DO A POLICE REPORT TO DAY FOR THEIF ,AND SUING,I want them locked up.

  I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I will be reporting this place soon what happened to me early this morning if werent for God giving me a warning before I step out my Apt. I have a decal sticker & a handicap tag for my mom still got my car towed. A man over the phone was very rude to me, & yelled over the phone told Itll be250 in cash I told him that I only have debit he said that we only take cash I said okay I ask him time the place open he told someone be here to open the gate at 4pm.. I ask what all information I need he hung up in my face. When I arrived at there at 4pm there were others in front of me theres was a short man with a red *********** on took my asking to many questions with I was already upset how they handled business. He asked for 250 gave him my information I ask for a paper copy receipt he said he doesnt have no keys to the building which he was lying. He said he sent the email of the receipt he never did that too. When I got my vehicle my they took my handicap tag down & placed on the floor board. That place need to be looked into asap. How they handle business is not good business at all. So much I want to say

  They dont have a system to call if theres a problem making an appointment with the website. My vehicle was there for 2 nights and a day. They trashed it. Took what they wanted out and kept it. Some of the people didnt want to help me. The only guy that did was *****.

  4th time in 3 yrs dealing with them. Towed again, said tag expired,and was requested by property manager to release vehicle at no charge due to tag not expired. Refused to do so, will not let me get property out of truck without paying. Tri State has found loop hole in State laws. They tell the police they towed it for illegal parking, then take pic of your tag after taking current sticker off, and tell you and property manager that it had expired tags. Law requires pic of vehicle to show proof of why *********** requires to call police to inform of tow, if they told them expired tag they would look up and say no it's not. Loop hole. They are also in violation of State law requiring tow trucks to place Name address phone number on all trucks. Also required to have signs at complex with same info as well as storage yard locations, if different, located on entrances and exits of each private property they have contract with. Vehicle will be towed at owners expense signs. There are none at my apartment. *** says owner of vehicle can get personal items out of vehicle 30 min after *********** says tow company required to inform vehicle owner of their vehicle having been towed. Storage fees do not incur until they notify owner of having their vehicle. They never notified me. After 30 days they can file abandoned property claim if you have not made arrangements with them or just left your vehicle there. They have to notify the state that you abandoned it and they're going to sell it at auction. State will send you an official letter to notify you of tow companies intentions and get another 30 days to get your vehicle or buy it back at auction. From what I can tell they have done nothing but broken the law with every step of their actions. They're a predatory tow company who has had 2 other tow companies at that address under same owner's names in 2017 & 2019. I filed a police report for theft of property. Manager asked them to release at no charge they were under contract.

  Not talking about the towing side but the repossession side of the company which is different owners but i was employed there and do not recommend doing any business with them if at all nessassary. They treat the employees with lil respect and tell them to do jobs that are not in their job description and do not want to pay more for doing **** extra jobs. They talk with repect but have none with anything that they do but what do you expect with peaple have have several hundres of thousands of dollars.

  This company is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They have poor customer service and when I tried to schedule an appointment to redeem my vehicle, they were giving me the runaround. I hope that I never have to deal with these crooks ever again!!!!****************

  Predatory towing company. Will not answer the phone, will not return calls, will not respond to emails. If they damage your vehicle, they will not be honest and make it right, despite being required by law and the municipal code to have liability insurance for "on the hook" coverage. If you note the damage while still in their yard, ******************************, or *** will lie to your face and say they will give ** your info and he will take care of it. They won't, and he won't. What you have to do is file a complaint via email, and then just plan on being ignored till you go away.If you do manage to get them on the phone, they will refuse to answer questions, and if you are lucky enough to get them on the phone a second time, you will STILL not get any answers, and the employee ***************************** will yell at you and threaten you with harassment, despite the number you are calling being the ONLY way to call them.*************** is the owner, and he's just too important and too busy flitting off to wherever to respond and make decisions, despite the fact that according to his employees HE is the only one who can do so. Just about all of his employees are related to him in some way, so don't expect any of them to be helpful in any manner.They focus on repo's and creeping apartment complexes they are in cahoots with, looking for vehicles with missing or obscured parking decals, and they do this in the middle of the night. So if your decal is not visible, don't think they will come and speak to you about it, they absolutely don't care because they want that $250 + daily "storage" fees. And since they won't answer the phone, guarantee you will get those additional fees. If it's a repo, 90% of the time you will not get 100% of your belongings back, according to many of the reviews I've seen.

  This is the most crooked company i have ever been around. Car was repossessed which i consider stolen. Bogus amount said was due from Global Lending which is also crooked. Was charged ** dollars to get stuff out of car. Had to be cash with no receipt which means they are hiding their money. How crooked can you get. Sent car to auction before date stated to get it.
