            We contracted with OmniTek on 10/29/2021 to take down some trees, trim back some trims, clean gutters, remove and clean debris from hill. They did not come until November 15, 2021 to start work. Suppose to take 5 days. 2 weeks and never finished job. We took the gutter cleaning off the estimate before they started on 11/15/2021. We added 2 trees to be cut all the way back to the ground. Jalen stated this would be $800.00 . We said ok. Since we had removed the gutter cleaning at $1050. It stood to reason we would get $250. back. Jalen then wanted a payment in advance at the end of the first week because he was short on payroll. We agreed and paid him $2000. then. When he finished on 11/24/2021 stated he would be back after Thanksgiving to clean up the hill and remove the rest of the tree debris and logs he had on the ground. The clean up of the hill was suppose to be $2000. When he got ready to leave he ask that we go ahead and pay him. He had payroll and equipment he needed to pay the bills on that he had used to do the work. We agreed and paid him the balance. He has yet to come back and clean up the hill, has not answered any emails, text or calls. They made ruts in my yard where they drove their truck and trailer off the driveway, they collapse a drain along the driveway, the trees they damaged taking down the others and trimming back the others, Jalen stated he would clean them up. Instead the limbs that was broken on the other trees that were to stay are either hanging dead or have fallen.

            I needed someone to put in faux wood blinds throughout my new home, install a storm door, towel racks, and other misc things. Jaylon did a fabulous and professional job, he is dependable. I very much enjoyed working with him and his assistant Tanner. Im so very pleased and will continue to use Omnitek Services in the future for any and all my repairs. Great job Jaylon, THANK YOU!!!!!!! Update: June 2022 What ever happened to someone’s word? VERY DISAPPOINTED! I Paid Jaylon $**** to install seamless gutters with screens and French drain system that was supposed to be extended to the culvert. He’s didn’t have enough help, had his brother and cousin help him, asked me to pay him In full to pay them. Being I had been working with him previously With satisfactory results and against my better judgement, I went ahead and paid him. I didn’t know till later that he didn’t install seamless anything! It leaked at all the joints, rusted and was pulling away from my home with the weight of water in them. He didn’t complete the drain system, ended it alongside my front porch that was soggy and I sank down to my knees while walking in my yard. his work was VERY POOR. He supposedly was hurt while riding a bike but promised to come back and complete the job. He has never manned up/ didn’t keep his word or honor our contact, didn’t answer his phone or texts. DON’T USE THIS MAN NOR HIS SERVICES, he will leave you hanging with a very poor job done. I’m very disappointed as he seemed to be honest and upstanding. All he had to do was be a man and talk to me and we would’ve worked it all out- unfortunately he is a poor communicator.
