On 10 November 2022 my wife took her vehicle to be serviced. She was told the servicing would cost $38. They performed the servicing and then informed my wife she had to pay, not the agreed-upon $38 but $98 dollars. The dealership would not relinquish her keys until she paid the extra money. They told her they made a mistake. Thats fine, people make mistakes, but she shouldnt have to pay for someone elses incompetence and/or ignorance.Initial Complaint

I purchased a new truck on 5-26-22. It was to include upgraded ************** as part of the financing. They were to install them the following day. After installing them I was told that they were not part of the agreement and had to pay cash. Had I known this I never would have agreed to the purchase. In my mind they broke the contract. They would not let me have my other vehicle back. I was essentially forced to pay cash for something that I was not prepared to do. People should be warned of their business tactics.
